Tails has the car keys in his hand as he turns on the ignition with Knuckles and Shadow in the backseat. Tails drives at sixty miles per hour over the speed limit but only cares about one thing: saving Sonic. Back at the lab, Sonic sits on all fours waiting for his master to give him orders, "You are very useful to me hedgehog I'm starting to feel bad for you." He takes out a serum that is mixed with his DNA along with anti-venom and shoots him with it. The serum enters his bloodstream making him scream in agony, "So it seems like the cure is working doctor. Didn't think you were going to keep the sheriff's word." The doctor grins, "Yes however his brainwashing serum is still in tact now time to cure Shadow if he ever gets here." Sonic back to his normal state looks at Doctor Eggman, "How may I serve you master?" Robotnik is thrilled to see Sonic call him master, "Wise of you to call me your master as it should be. You are going to find your three so called friends and take them down and this time don't let them get away." Sonic agrees, "Yes sir I will do as you say." On the road, Tails keeps driving, "Fox you should slow down..." he begins to develop tears into his eyes while driving not keeping his eyes on the road. Shadow sees everything that is happening by grabbing Tails and Knuckles and jumping out of the car eventually getting ruined and recked in the process. The trio see the car totally destroyed, "I hope pretzel woman isn't going to get mad that we totally destroyed her car" Knuckles tells Tails scared they will get in trouble, "She will but we have to keep going." Back at the house, Tom wakes up after resting for a little while, "Hey Tom how are you feeling?" Randall asks him holding a cup in his hand giving it to his brother in law, "I'm doing much better thank you." Maddie tells him, "Your sons aren't here along with Shadow." Tom tells him, "I know I remember I sent them to save Sonic and we need to help them right away." Rachel stops him, "No Tom you need to rest Randall and Maddie will be the ones to rescue the others. The three of them better not have destroyed the car they took to save Sonic." As they approach the lab, Tails and Knuckles are scared for a moment, "We just need Sonic that's all." The three of them open the door and walk in to see Sonic standing there to see them, "Guess Eggman gave you a cure and turned you back to normal didn't he?" Knuckles tells Sonic standing there ominously until he runs towards Tails punching him across the face. Shadow stands there growling, "Knuckles get back and protect Tails I'll handle Sonic."
