The team was back on the Quinjet with the additions of Banner and Rhodey. Yelena and Sam were piloting the aircraft again and Yelena could feel herself get more and more nauseous as the flight went on. Sam noticed her state and became concerned for the Widow. He looked back to see the others all engrossed with doing their own things. He slightly leaned over and talked quietly with Yelena.

"Lena, what's going on?" Sam asked softly. "I don't think is some bad case of food poisoning."

"I don't know, Sammy." Yelena answered honestly. "It's been like this for the past seven days."

"Do you think you might be pregnant?" Sam asked. "It would explain the nausea you're feeling. As well as the vomiting."

"It's not possible." Yelena denied shaking her head. "My body doesn't allow me to get pregnant."

"Lena, weirder things have happened." Sam said but Yelena still shook her head.

"Trust me, it's impossible. I'm not pregnant." Yelena denied again.

"Okay." Sam said softly, letting it go. "If you need anything at all. Just let me know, I got you girl."

"Thanks, Sammy." Yelena said and gave him a small smile. She focused back on the flying and did her best to push down her feeling to hurl.

In the back of the jet, AJ pulled Steve, Becca, and Natasha to the side for a private conversation. He was growing increasingly concerned for his fiancé and her unknown sickness.

"What's up AJ?" Becca asked.

AJ let out a sigh and ran his hand down his face. "Somethings wrong with Lena."

The three looked at one another and gave each a look, agreeing with the man.

"We agree." Natasha said. "Maybe she could get checked out in Wakanda?"

"Nat, you know Lena." AJ said putting his hands on his waist. "She'll say she's fine and doesn't need to be looked at."

"Oh, I know but I have a feeling she'll need a bathroom once we get off the get." Natasha countered.

"Well, whatever it is." Steve spoke up. "I think you and Becs should go with her. I think having her sister and best friend with her would easy her nerves a bit."

"I agree. We'll make sure she lets looked at." Becca said putting her hand on AJ's shoulder and giving it a gentle squeeze.

"She'll be alright, Addi." Nat said giving him a light hug.

"I hope so. I can't lose her. I don't know what I would do if something happened to her." AJ confessed.

"Don't worry, little brother. We're all here for the both of you." Steve said nudging the man who let out a quiet chuckle.
