The team had gone to the lab and the last thing they wanted to find out was that Loki's scepter was gone. It had been taken by an Ultron sentry. Lena had changed out of her top and skirt and was now in a pair of sweatpants and one of AJ's hoodies which was far too big on her but he thought the intimidating Russian assassin looked cute.

Banner spoke directly to Tony. "All our work is gone. Ultron cleared out. He used the internet as an escape hatch."

"Ultron." Steve repeated then let out a huff.

"He's been in everything. Files, surveillance. Probably knows more about us than we know about each other." Natasha said.

AJ was leaning against a table with his arms crossed when he decided to speak up. "If he's been in our files, and he's in the internet. What happen if he decides to access something more exciting?"

"Nuclear codes." Hill cut in earning a nod from the Commander.

Rhodey seemed to agree. "Nuclear codes."

"We need to make some calls, assuming we still can." Becca said as Hill and Rhodey left to make the calls.

"Nukes? He said he wanted us dead." Yelena pointed out.

Steve turned to her. "He didn't say dead, he said extinct."

"Kind of the same thing, but ok." Yelena said to herself.

"He also said he killed somebody." Clint added after he got off the phone.

AJ took a quick head count of everyone in the room and everyone was still accounted for. He also listened for more heartbeats and didn't hear anything. "There wasn't anyone else in the building. I didn't pick up any other heartbeats."

"Yes, there was." Tony said as he walked over to a console. He queued up a hologram, showing a mixture of blue and orange strands. It showed the team how Ultron's programming had destroyed Jarvis.

Bruce went up to the hologram. "This is insane."

Steve and Becca looked down, both somewhat saddened at the loss of the A.I.

"Jarvis was our first line of defense. He would have shut Ultron down. It makes sense."

Bruce still eyed the hologram curiously.

"No. Ultron could have assimilated Jarvis. This isn't strategy. This is rage." He replied.

"So what are we dealing with exactly?" AJ spoke up. "A murder bot that wants us all dead?"

Thor then walked into the lab, now wearing his Asgardian armor and cape. He went up to the unaware Tony, and grabbed the billionaire around the neck and lifted him.

"Kinky." Yelena whispered to AJ who rolled his eyes at his girlfriends childishness.

"Come on, use your words, buddy." Tony said as he was struggling in the God's hold.

"I have more than enough words to describe you, Stark."

Steve and AJ walked up to the pair and tried to calm the,. even though a part of them both wanted Tony to learn his lesson.

"Thor. The Legionnaire." Steve ordered.

Thor put Tony down and glared at the man before answering.

"Trail went cold about 100 miles out, but it's headed north. And it has the scepter." He explained.

Becca pinched the bridge of her nose. "Wonderful. We take it away from HYDRA and now it's in Ultron's metal hands." She said as AJ looked over to her. "No offense, AJ."
