I was finishing up my last document to submit it, but all of a sudden, a certain someone walked through my door. The person in question being none other than Mei— this time she was wearing much more casual and relaxing clothing rather than her usual Herrscher outfit... well, except for her horns showing off.

She walked over to my desk and stood behind me with her hands on my shoulders.

"Hello, my workaholic Captain~" She teased in a playful tone.

"Mei... you're still up..?" I asked her.

"Hmm? I could ask you the same thing..." She countered.

Her fingers... are starting to gently massage the back of my shoulders which feels nice.

"How long have you been working here like this for? You should stop and get some rest." She said, concerned.

"Schicksal–"

"I know, I know..." Mei interjected.

"You have a lot of responsibilities and work to do, I can see that, but at the same time, it isn't healthy if you spend all of your time and energy just working and working without a break."

"Besides... even if there's a lot to do, there's still a team of workers ready and willing to help you, you know. You can always ask for some assistance and maybe delegate a couple tasks to them." She added.

"...."

I just gazed down at my desk, signing the last of the documents left.

"See? Even doing that much has to have taken a lot out of you... Come on, let's just go to bed. It's really late, and I'm sure that whatever work that needs to be done can wait for tomorrow. You need to rest..."

I stared silently at my other unfinished documents before looking up to face her.

"I know that I'm currently finished with this set, but... I'm still not tired..." I said to her.

"...Is that so?" Mei whispered. "Well then, if you have the energy to spare, would you like to spend your remaining energy with me?"

"Mei." I firmly said to her.

"Oh? Am I being rejected?" She teased as she leaned close to my ear.

"...You know that I'm... a bit flirty and playful tonight than what you're used to seeing, is there something wrong with that?"

"Besides... do I need a reason to spend time with you like this? Or flirt and tease you even just a little bit?"

I shook my head.

"It's just... quite out of the blue, that's all."

"Then think of it as a treat, I suppose." She replied.

"...Or is it because you think you'd prefer it when I'm more dominant?~"

"Dominant, huh?" I asked, looking back at her from my side before slowly touching her horns.

She just let out a soft and muffled moan as a response to my actions before looking deeply into my eyes.

"Y-yeah..."

She tried her best to stay calm yet failed.

"D-dominant... you know I can be like that sometimes..."
