O/n was a 21-year-old young lady living in the 21st century, leading a relatively normal and introverted life. She loved immersing herself in the world of fiction, finding solace in the pages of books and the screens of her favourite movies. One of her recent obsessions was "How to Train Your Dragon," the movie she had watched multiple times, captivated by the bond between dragons and Vikings. She had always felt a disconnect from the real world, having only a few close friends with whom she occasionally hung out, but never truly felt a part of. She was obedient and kind-hearted, yet she longed to break out of her comfort zone, to become a strong and responsible person.
O/n often found herself daydreaming about the fantastical worlds she read about in webtoons, where characters were often transported to unknown realms, living out adventures she could only dream of. The idea of being 'isekai'd'-transported to another world-was a thrilling concept that fueled her imagination and offered an escape from the mundane aspects of her daily life.
One rainy evening, as she drove home after spending time with her friend, her thoughts were filled with the upcoming preparation for her parent's wedding anniversary. The rain pounded against the windshield, making it difficult to see. Her favourite song played softly on the radio, a small comfort amid the storm.
As she neared an intersection, she noticed a woman and her child stranded in the middle of the road. Their car had broken down and were unable to move. The traffic light was about to change, and she felt a surge of panic, realizing the imminent danger they were in.
Without hesitating, she swerved her car and honked loudly to alert the oncoming vehicles. She managed to get close enough to the stranded car and began motioning frantically for the woman and her child to move. They looked at her with wide, frightened eyes, and she shouted, "Get out of the way! Now!"
The woman, understanding the urgency, quickly grabbed her child and ran towards the sidewalk. Just as they reached safety, the traffic light turned green. Her initial relief was immense, but it was fleeting.
As she looked back at the road, she saw a large truck barreling down the lane, unable to stop in time. The truck driver, honking and trying to brake, couldn't slow down fast enough. She tried to manoeuvre her car out of the truck's path, but the wet pavement made it impossible to control her skid. Her car slid uncontrollably and crashed into a pole with a sickening crunch.
Pain exploded in her head as the impact threw her forward. The world spun, and she struggled to keep her eyes open. Blood trickled down her forehead, and she could feel her consciousness slipping away. She heard the muffled sounds of people gathering, voices filled with panic and concern.
"Is anyone alive in there?" someone shouted.
The car door was wrenched open, and she felt hands gently checking her pulse. Through her blurred vision, a few strains of her (O/h/c) hair in front of her eyes, she saw the horrified expressions of those around her. She had saved the lady and her child, but at what cost?
Her mind drifted to her parents, their smiling faces flashing before her eyes. "Am I going to die?" she wondered. "Was this life worth living? Did I ever say I loved you, Mom and Dad?" The pain was overwhelming. "It hurts..." she thought, a tear escaping and mixing with the blood on her cheeks.
Suddenly, bright, colourful strips of blues and whites appeared before her O/e/c eyes, swirling and dancing in her vision. It was beautiful, almost surreal. And then, everything went black.

Y/n could hear a lullaby, a melody she had never heard before. "Is this my mom?" She wondered, the thought bringing a faint smile to her lips. "Am I... in a hospital? Did I survive? Did someone take me to the hospital and inform my parents?"
Slowly, she opened her eyes, expecting to see the harsh fluorescent lights of a hospital room. Instead, she was met with the warm glow of a fire and the scent of seawater. She tried to move, but her body felt strange and unfamiliar. Looking down, she gasped. Tiny hands-her hands-clutched a soft blanket.
Her mind reeled. This wasn't a hospital. She was in a rustic room with wooden beams and stone walls. Panic set in as memories of the accident flooded back. "Where am I? How am I still alive?" She thought frantically.
A woman with kind eyes and braided hair leaned over me, smiling gently. "You're awake, little one," she said softly. "You gave me quite a scare."
She blinked, trying to understand. "Who are you?" She managed to ask, my voice trembling.
The woman laughed softly and stroked my hair. "Silly, I'm your mother. Why are you asking such a strange question?"
She stared at her, confusion swirling in my mind. This place felt oddly familiar, like a dream she couldn't quite remember. "Can you tell me where I am?" She asked.
"You are in Berk," her mother replied, her tone gentle but curious. "Are you feeling all right, my dear?"
Berk. The name sent a jolt through me. She remembered it from her favourite movie, "How to Train Your Dragon." It couldn't be real, could it? She needed to see more to believe it.
"Do you have a mirror?" She asked, her curiosity burning.
Her mother nodded and brought her a small, polished piece of metal. She looked into the reflective surface and saw a young girl with wide, curious- E/c eyes and a face she barely recognized. Her heart raced as she touched her cheeks and H/c hair, confirming that this new reality was true.
Over the next few days, Y/n began to piece together her situation. She was indeed in Berk, somehow transported into the world of her favourite story. She had been reborn as the daughter of a general, the same age as Hiccup, the protagonist of the story. And most astonishingly, she remembered everything from her past life. Judging by her size and the care she received, she realized she must be around three or four years old.
As she adjusted to her new surroundings, Y/n couldn't shake the feeling that she was here for a reason. Armed with knowledge of the future, she vowed to protect her new family and friends from the dangers she knew were coming. She would change the future, one step at a time.
