As the evening approached, Leo and Y/n reluctantly began to make their way back home, their playful banter gradually subsiding into a comfortable silence. As they rounded a corner, their attention was suddenly drawn to a commotion up ahead.

A few villagers had gathered around a large man, his imposing figure towering over the others. Y/n's eyes widened in recognition as she realized who it was — Stoick the Vast, Chief of the village. He stood with a solemn expression, deep in conversation with the gathered villagers.

He was holding a small boy in his arms, his green shirt contrasting sharply against his tousled brown hair and bright green eyes. A sense of familiarity washed over Y/n as she laid eyes on him — it was Hiccup, her favorite character, standing right before her in the flesh.

Y/n and Hiccup's eyes met across the crowd. There was an instant spark of curiosity and intrigue in their gazes, a recognition of something significant.

There was something about Y/n that captured Hiccup's curiosity—the way she carried herself with confidence and sparkle in her E/c eyes. Hiccup watched her from afar, his gaze lingering on her form as he tried to make sense of the strange fluttering sensation in his chest.

Before Y/n could process the moment, she heard her father's voice calling out to her who was there having a conversation with Stoick. "There you are, Y/n!" F/n's voice cut through the chatter, filled with warmth and relief. He made his way through the crowd, a proud smile on his face as he reached out to take Y/n into his arms.

"I've been looking for you," F/n said, his eyes filled with affection. He then turned to Stoick and Hiccup, introducing his daughter. "Stoick, this is my daughter, Y/n. And this," he gestured towards Hiccup, "is Hiccup, Stoick's son."

Stoick nodded in acknowledgment, his expression a mix of curiosity and caution as he regarded Y/n. Hiccup, on the other hand, looked at Y/n with wide-eyed wonder, his gaze filled with a sense of innocence and curiosity.

For a moment, Y/n and Hiccup simply stared at each other, their eyes locked in a silent exchange that spoke volumes. In that instant, it felt as though the entire world faded away, leaving only the two of them there, connected by an invisible thread of destiny.

"Nice to meet you, Hiccup," Y/n said softly, a small smile playing on her lips.

"Nice to meet you too," Hiccup replied, his voice barely above a whisper, still staring at Y/n with a mixture of awe and curiosity.

"He's so small," she mused silently, her mind marveling at the innocence and purity in his features. "Look at those tiny hands, gripping onto Dad's shirt like it's the whole world. And those big eyes—bright and curious, like they're seeing everything for the first time."

Y/n couldn't help but smile, a gentle warmth spreading through her as she imagined the world through his eyes. "I wonder what he dreams about," she thought, "Does he dream of flying, of dragons, or maybe just of the next adventure waiting for him?"

As the children continued their silent exchange, Stoick turned to F/n and spoke with a tone of warmth and respect. "She has grown so much since the last time I saw her," Stoick remarked. "You must be very proud."

Y/n's father nodded, a smile spreading across his face. "Indeed, Stoick. She surprises me every day with how quickly she's growing and learning. It's like she has an old soul."

Stoick chuckled, glancing back at the children. "Hiccup is the same. He's got a lot of heart, and he's always curious about everything. It seems like these two are already forming a bond."

F/n looked at Hiccup and Y/n, their connection apparent even in their brief interaction. "It does seem that way. I'm glad they are getting along. They need to have friends they can trust and rely on."

Stoick nodded in agreement. "Absolutely. Berk can be a tough place to grow up, but with friends like these, they'll be stronger for it."

The two fathers watched as their children exchanged shy smiles, unaware of the shared hopes and dreams that were silently forming between them.

As the conversation between Stoick and Y/n's father drew to a close, Y/n's father gently lifted her down from his arms, setting her on her feet. "It's time to head home, Y/n," he said kindly, giving her a gentle pat on the back.

Y/n nodded, understanding the unspoken request. She looked around and spotted Leo standing a short distance away, waiting for her. He was patient and calm, ready to walk back with her to their respective homes.

"Alright, Dad," Y/n replied, giving him a small smile before turning to Hiccup. With a final wave to Hiccup, Y/n made her way towards Leo. He gave her a nod, and the two of them began walking home together, the setting sun casting long shadows behind them.

As they walked, Y/n glanced back at her father and Stoick, who were still deep in conversation.

She felt a sense of warmth and comfort knowing she was surrounded by people who cared for her.

Later, as Y/n left, Hiccup couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy as he noticed her talking and laughing with another boy. He longed for companionship and friendship, yet he always struggled to connect with the other children in the village. Watching Y/n with her friend only served to highlight his feelings of loneliness and isolation.

After everyone left, Stoick with Hiccup beside him walked towards their home, Hiccup asked his father, his heart pounding with nervous anticipation.

"Dad," he began, his voice hesitant yet determined, "who was that girl? The one with the bright eyes and the kind smile?"

Stoick regarded his son with a curious expression before responding, "That was Y/n," he replied, his voice tinged with fondness."She's the daughter of F/n, one of Berk's most respected villagers."

Stoick paused, a thoughtful expression crossing his features. "Why the interest, Hiccup?" Hiccup hesitated for a moment, unsure of how to articulate his feelings. "I don't know, Dad," he admitted, his gaze drifting towards the window where the last rays of sunlight were fading from view. "There's just something about her... "

Stoick placed a reassuring hand on his son's shoulder. "Well, Hiccup," he said with a smile, "if you're interested in getting to know Y/n better, I see no harm in it. Just remember to be respectful and kind." Hiccup's curiosity was piqued, and he couldn't shake the feeling that there was something special about Y/n that he needed to discover.

As Y/n made her way home after her encounter with Hiccup and Stoick, her mind buzzed with excitement and curiosity. She couldn't help but replay the events of the day in her head, each moment etched vividly in her memory.

"I can't believe I met Hiccup and Stoick," she muttered to herself, a smile tugging at the corners of her lips. "Hiccup was so cute, with his bright eyes and that adorable smile, I wanted to squeeze his chubby cheeks so badly. And Stoick looked so young and vibrant, nothing like the stern Chief I've seen in the movie."

As she walked, Y/n couldn't shake the feeling of wonder that had settled in her heart. She had always been fascinated by the world of Berk, but now, being a part of it felt like a dream come true.

"I wonder how I can get close enough to Hiccup," she thought, her pulse quickening with excitement. "Maybe I can find a way to help him with something. Or maybe I'll just have to wait for another chance encounter?"
