Chapter 22

Griffin's POV

I nodded to Itan as he left the room. I will thank him later for not letting her know I'm here, listening.

My wolf was quiet.

I moved closer to my mate and grabbed her hand. She flinched a bit but didn't pull away.

I kissed her hand. Looked at her beautiful face and pressed her hand to my chest. She gasped.

"I'm sorry I left when they came in." I started.
"I was upset with myself not with you Lia.
I saw your scars and my wolf was getting angry about your pack hurting you and then we got reminded that we were one of those who hurt you also" I said.

"I'm so sorry. For all the pain I caused. I'm the only person to blame for what happened. I'm not sure if you will ever forgive me for that but I will try everyday till my last breath to make it up to you for that." I finished looking at her grey eyes.

She squeezed my hand and put her other hand on my face.

"It wasn't your fault. Clarissa was adding some potion to your drinks for ages it was easier for her to control you " she said.

"I've always wanted my mate to feel special. To give him everything I have but that was brutally taken away from me and I knew I don't have anything to offer. My body is awful. I'm not strong, I'm omega and I may be brave sometimes but I'm nothing compare to you" she said .

I pushed her hand harder to my chest

"Lia can you feel my heart? " I asked
She nodded

"Listen to its beating, it beats for you.
I know you had a hard times in your life. But I promise never hurt you again...my heart is beating for you little one, because of you and only for you. The one that doesn't deserve you. But I'm more selfish and I really want you to stay with me. I'm begging you to stay with me. " I got up of the bed and kneeled next to it.

"I've only said I reject you to keep you safe. You're my whole world now. I was waiting for you for so long" I said looking in her eyes.

"I Griffin De La Rosa, Alpha of Red Royal pack, accept you as my mate and Luna and I want you by my side at all times, please give me a chance" I begged now. My heart felt like it will jump out of my chest.

Her eyes filled with tears.
She nodded.

I got up to my feet, leaned in and kissed her lips hungrily.

"Doctor said I can take you to our room. So if you don't mind" I said breaking to kiss. Getting my hands under her legs and back supporting her body. I lifted her up. Cradling her to my strong chest. And headed to our room.

As I closed the door to our space (it was a whole floor with three rooms and and lounge with tiny kitchen), I put her down on my bed.

I leaned in again and captured her lips. Gently at first and then more and more rough. Our lips moved in perfect synchronisation. I wanted her. I needed to snap out of it before I cannot stop.
I moved away living a small kisses around her jaw, neck. My instinct looking for a marking spot.
I found it and gave it a long kiss. Nibbling and biting it gently. She moaned
She f*cking moaned. My trousers suddenly become tight.
With all my will I have left I moved my face away from her putting my forehead to hers, both of us breathing quickly.

"Goddess I will never have enough of you Lia. I want to mark you so badly right now. Make you mine" I whispered

She took breath in.
" do it then. Mark me"
My eyes turned black faster than lightning.

"Are you sure Lia?" I asked her, hoping she will not change her mind.
"There is no running away after that.." I added with small smile.

" good, because I don't want to run" she said

My eyes dropped to her lips which I gave a quick kiss before moving back to her jaw and neck, finding that perfect spot

I worked on in for a few seconds and I could feel my canines elongate as I bit into her flesh sucking some blood out. She wiggled for a second then moaned even more. She will be death of me. I could feel her emotions sipping through the bond. I could hear her thoughts. I could smell her arousal .

I removed my teeth and licked skin clean, closing the place I just bit.

Both heavy breathing I kissed her again.

"You're mine Lia" I whispered between kisses.
"All of you" I added making sure she understood.

I kept kissing her. My hands traveled under her top. Her soft skin making my wolf excited. I grazed my hands around her tummy, her back slowly making my way up.

A small knock on the door stopped us from going further.

I sighed .

"We will have to continue later " I said to her smiling widely. She smiled back, deep red blush on her face.

You are so beautiful- I said through our link.

Got up and went to open the door.

"Alpha, Luna"'Hunter bowed to both of us.
" Chloe is attacking our pack" he said calmly.
"And she's not alone " he added.

"Ok. Start with faze one of our plan. Send Sandiego to take Lia and Izzy to
Hide out. I will be there with you in five" I answered. Looking at Lia more than Hunter.

He ran out to start what we have planned.

I looked at my mate. Her smile long gone.
"You are my Luna, my everything. Never forget that. " I said coming closer, leaving a kiss on her lips .

"I need you to follow what Sandi is  asking of you. I have to keep you safe. Promise me you will stay where they take you . You will hide !" I begged.

"I promise. " she said with small voice.
"But you promise me you will come back " she added.
I gave her a smile and nodded.

"I promise my Luna. I will always come back to you." I said kissing her forehead and running out of the room.
