(7) Dinner

Yuri POV

After Joshua left, I tried to sleep since I felt so tired and my whole body was aching. I was Sleeping peacefully just when I heard someone fighting. It wasn't too loud at first, but after a minute, it started to get a little louder, waking me up. As soon as I sat up, I saw two guys looking at me, and a third guy, standing between them, gave them each a hit on the head.

"See, you woke her up," he scolded.

The guy in the middle came closer to me and said, "Sorry they woke you up. Do you want to sleep again?"

I shook my head, and he smiled. His smile was so pretty, I found myself lost in admiring his looks.

"I know I'm handsome, but that doesn't mean you should keep staring at me," he laughed. The other two snickered at him.

"Handsome, my foot," one of them retorted.

The guy continued, "By the way, I'm Mingyu."

The other two stepped forward and introduced themselves. "I'm Dk," said one, and "I'm Seungkwan," said the other. Seungkwan then pushed Mingyu aside and said, "We came to take you for Dinner. Come on."

I followed the guys to the dining table, watching as the two continued to bicker. Mingyu leaned in and whispered in my ear, "It's their daily thing. Don't think they're really fighting. They just play around."

I laughed at his comment, feeling a bit more at ease. As we reached the dining table, I saw everyone already sitting there. It was awkward at first, and I hesitated, unsure of where to go. The three guys quickly took their seats, and then Jeonghan came over, held my wrist gently, and guided me to a seat beside him.

I nodded, trying to ignore the feeling of everyone's eyes on me. Jeonghan then addressed the group, "Okay, guys, let's introduce ourselves first."

One by one, they began to introduce themselves.

"I'm Scoups, the leader," the intimidating yet calm man at the head of the table said.

"Joshua,said the angelic guy who had checked my wounds earlier.

"Jeonghan, the one who had brought me to the table said with a smirk.

"Jun" said a guy who had that piercing gaze at me.

"Hoshi,said a guy with a playful glint in his eyes.

"Wonwoo,the serious-looking one said oh i remembered him he's the guy Wooyoung was going to hit.

"Woozi" said a guy casually with his tone I knew he isn't interested in introducing.

"I'm The8, the guy with a calculating gaze nodded at me.

"Mingyu, he said with a wink."

"Hii i am DK, said the one who had been smiling widely since i entered.

"Seungkwan, he added with a smile.

"Vernon," the quiet one near the end said.

"Dino, the youngest-looking one concluded.

I know him. He's the guy from the cafe. I called out, "You."

Dino turned towards me, a small smile forming on his lips. "Oh, so you finally recognised me," he said, making the others confused.

I smiled a little at him. Of course, he was the only person here I knew before coming to this place. We didn't talk much at the cafe, nor were we friends, but he was the first one to notice my scar and the first one to see through my lie. It made me feel like someone understood the pain behind the facade I was living with.
