"Are you seriously drunk?" Yuri asked, trying to gently push him away. The guy clung tighter, his grip surprisingly strong for someone inebriated.
"Yuriiii," he slurred, "You don't know...how much...I missed you." He nuzzled his face into her shoulder, his breath warm against her skin.
"Okay, okay, oh my god you smell like alcohol ," she said, guiding him to sit on the edge of her bed.
He looked up at her, his eyes red but filled with a kind of vulnerable sincerity. "I mish uh"
Yuri sighed, grabbing a glass of water from her bedside table. "Here, drink this. Why are you here Do you need something ?"
He took a sip, his gaze never leaving her face. "You’re...the only one...i need," he mumbled, his head drooping.
"Wonwoo, you need to go to your room. Come on, stand up, I'll take you there," Yuri urged, trying to pull him up.
"No, I wanna sleep here," he insisted, his grip on her arm tightening.
"Ah, ah, Wonwoo, you can't. Come on," she said, trying to sound firm.
"Nooooooo," he whined, refusing to move.
Yuri sighed, thinking she should call someone for help. As she turned to leave, Wonwoo grabbed her wrist and pulled her onto his lap. She froze, his sudden proximity and the smell of his cologne making her heart race.
"Wonwoo, let me go," she whispered, trying to sound calm.
But instead of releasing her, he leaned in, his nose grazing her neck, inhaling her lavender perfume. His breath was warm against her skin, and she felt a shiver run down her spine.
"Wonwoo, please," she pleaded, her voice trembling.
He didn't respond, his lips brushing lightly against her neck. The sensation made her gasp, her body tensing.
"Wonwoo, stop," she said more firmly, trying to push him away.
He licked her neck, the sudden, intimate gesture making her heart pound. His touch was both gentle and urgent, and she could feel the tension in his body.
"Wonwoo, you need to stop," she repeated, her voice shaking. "This isn't right."
He paused, his eyes meeting hers. For a moment, she saw the conflict in his gaze, the struggle between his desire and his better judgment.
"I'm sorry," he whispered, his voice barely audible. "I just...I can't help it."
With that, he cupped her cheeks. "Yuri, why? Why are you doing this to me? You talk to everyone but not me. Even The8 and Jun started talking to you. They both said many bad things, but you forgave them. Why not me then?"
Yuri was taken aback by the intensity in his eyes. She felt a pang of guilt, realizing that she had indeed treated him differently. She had avoided him, she really did.
"When I just tried to save you, I shot him because he was touching you. I hated it. I just hated it, and you ignored me."
His words struck a chord deep within her. She had been so focused on her own fear and confusion that she hadn't considered his side.
"You know, when I saw you for the first time, when you saved me, I felt something I can't express, Yuri. When you were lying in my arms, I just wanted to save you, to protect you."
"I like you, Yuri. I like you."
Yuri's heart skipped a beat. She had sensed his protectiveness, but hearing his confession was overwhelming. She looked into his eyes and saw the vulnerability he usually kept hidden.
