Yuri Pov

It was 10 a.m. when I knocked on Seungkwan's door. I was nervous, but I knew I had to do this. When Seungkwan opened the door, he seemed surprised to see me. I usually stayed away from them, but today was different.

"Seungkwan, can you help me with something, please?" I asked, trying to keep my voice steady.

He smiled warmly. "Of course, Yuri, I'll help you." He gently pulled me into his room, closed the door, and sat beside me on the bed. I could feel his eyes on me, waiting to hear what I had to say.

"Uhm, I was thinking of something... Will you help me? Please don't say no," I pleaded, looking at him with as much innocence as I could muster.

He squeezed my hands tightly. "I'll do anything for you, Yuri," he assured me. His words filled me with excitement and relief. Unable to contain my gratitude, I hugged him.

"Thank you, Kwannie," I said, feeling hopeful. I noticed he blushed a little, and he seemed to be lost in thought.

"I can do anything for you, Yuri, even if I have to do anything or everything," he thought to himself.

With Seungkwan on board, we began planning everything carefully, making sure we were ready for what lay ahead. Together, we started preparing for the plan that could change everything.

After planning with Seungkwan, I found myself standing in front of a door, trying to calm my nerves. According to the plan, Seungkwan would gather the 95 and 96 liners, while I was supposed to call the 97 liners, Vernon, and Dino.

I had already spoken to DK and asked him to bring Mingyu and Dino. I called Vernon, who agreed to meet us, so now there was just one person left. I knocked three times on the door, but there was no response. Hesitantly, I opened it myself. As soon as the door creaked open, I heard music playing softly in the background.

Inside, he stood with his back facing me, half-naked, seemingly lost in the rhythm of the music. I was about to avert my eyes out of respect when something caught my attention, stopping me in my tracks.

I noticed marks on his back, scars that told stories of pain and struggle. My eyes welled up with tears, the sight overwhelming me with a mix of emotions-sadness, empathy, and a deep, aching pain for what he had endured.

Minghao's POV

I had just come out of the shower, the steam still lingering in the room, when I paused to change the music. The gentle touch on my back startled me. The touch was soft, almost tender. I turned around quickly, surprised to see Yuri standing there, her fingers grazing the marks and scars on my skin. These scars were a part of me that I had never shared with anyone.

Seeing her eyes well up with tears took me aback. I didn't know how to react or what to say.

Before I could utter a word, she spoke in a voice heavy with emotion, "They must've hurt, right?"

Her words cut through the silence, and she looked at me, tears streaming down her face. Normally, I couldn't stand anyone's pity or sympathy, but with her, it felt different. She wasn't pitying me-she was sharing in my pain. Her eyes were sincere, filled with genuine empathy.

I was still lost in my thoughts, struggling to process the vulnerability of the moment when I heard her say, "You don't have to hide your pain. I understand. We all have our scars, seen or unseen."

She smiled at me and removed her jacket, revealing the scars on her arms. "See? I have them too," she said with a bitter chuckle. I had already seen her scars when she first came and was treated by Joshua hyung. "Who did that to you?"
