Two days after Survivor Series, Mercedes and Colby flew back to Davenport, Iowa. She was going to spend Thanksgiving with him, Hayley, and the Lopez family. She was excited to spend the holiday with her boyfriend and family, making the two of them more serious in their relationship.

Once the two got home, Colby dropped off Hayley to Natalie's for the night on Tuesday. Mercedes went to his parents' house to hang out with them some more. She would fully meet Natalie the next day when they'd go pick up Hayley for the rest of the week as Natalie was going out of town for the holiday and hasn't been very consistent on seeing her daughter.

"Alright, well I get to meet your baby mama." Mercedes laughed as she and Colby drove to the pick up and drop off spot he and Natalie had arranged.

"If she even gets out of the car." Colby scoffed, taking a sip of his coffee as they were picking up Hayley in the morning time.

"Do you guys even co parent decently? I try not to ask too much, but of course I'm here to support you." Mercedes asked, treading lightly on the waters.

"It's ninety nine percent of the time with me and one percent, if that, with her." Colby shook his head as Mercedes winced a bit.

"Well, you're a great father and Hayley absolutely loves you. I know that and I know we can all see that babe." Mercedes smiled, kissing his cheek.

"Thank you baby, I really appreciate that." He smiled back, kissing her as they waited to get baby Hayley.

Just a few minutes later, Natalie showed up with baby Hayley in the back seat. Colby and Mercedes got out of the car and walked over to hers. Natalie seemed to be in a mood as she kept giving Mercedes dirty looks before being introduced.

"Hi, I'm Colby's girlfriend, Mercedes." Mercedes said, trying to be friendly before earning a glare from Natalie.

"Hi." She said with a dead tone in her voice, going back to sit in her seat.

"Natalie, why is Hayley wearing three to six month size clothes? She's seven months and fits in to nine to twelve months. These are too tight and dirty on her." Colby raised an eyebrow at Hayley's mother as she rolled her eyes.

"So? She's wearing clothes." She scoffed as Colby shook his head and got Hayley.

"So much for a good first introduction." Mercedes said once they were back in their car and Natalie drove off.

"Just ignore her. Her feelings about you don't matter anyways." He shook his head as they focused on celebrating a fun holiday with Hayley, given it would be her first thanksgiving.
