Three Weeks Later

"Good luck out there babe, I'll see you after the match." Mercedes smiled as she kissed her boyfriend before his match.

"Thank you baby doll, I'll meet you back on the bus." Colby said after the two kissed and watched Mercedes walk back to the bus as they were doing a Saturday night live event.

Colby had a tag match with Joe against Kevin and Chris Jericho. The four had a fun tag match together as Colby and Joe celebrated with the WWE Universe and fans in attendance. The two brothers talked backstage before going their separate ways.

On his way back to the bus, Colby checked his phone to see if Mercedes or his parents, who currently had Hayley, had messaged him. He received some updates about his baby daughter that he was happy to see, but also got some unpleasant messages from his ex girlfriend. Natalie sent him dirty photos and messages, making Colby want to vomit.

Natalie: Don't you miss this? (Insert photo)

Colby: No. I'm happily taken. Unless it has to do with Hayley don't message me.

Colby shook his head and walked back to the bus. He saw Mercedes doing something on her laptop with her headphones on. He gently kissed her cheek before grabbing some more comfortable clothes and plugging his phone in to charge. He knew he needed to talk to Mercedes about the recent events, but wanted to process and figure out what exactly he was going to say before spilling it all to her.

After Colby showered, he knew he needed and wanted to tell Mercedes. He didn't want to hide anything from his girlfriend and wanted to tell her up front and honestly. As he got out of the shower, he got dressed and saw her waiting for him in bed as they were both exhausted.

"Before we go to bed, there's something I need to tell you." Colby said as he got in bed and laid next to Mercedes.

"What's up honey?" She casually asked, pressing her glasses to her face as she had already taken out her contacts for the night.

"Natalie texted me some inappropriate pictures. I told her not to message me unless it's about Hayley. I'll show you as well. I just wanted to be up front and honest with you but I saw the messages on my way back here after my match." He sighed, seeing Mercedes upset and angry. He handed her his phone, showing her the messages as she seemed more pissed.

"Well, I'm gonna give her more of a reason to hate me because I hate her." Mercedes grunted, messaging Natalie but calming down so she could rest with Colby before the next live event tomorrow night.
