Several loud and sharp knocks echo throughout my small wooden cabin, alerting me to a possible unwanted presence. Grabbing my sword from its place leaning up against the wall, I ready myself, leaning forward to open the door.

"Y/N-! Why the bloody hell do you have your sword!?" Joel exclaims, backing away from the doorway.

"Sorry, just thought you were someone else Joel." I place it into its sheath. "What can I help...you...with?" I spot Jimmy a few feet away, struggling to keep a large tan llama in place, while avoiding getting spat on. "Uhh, Joel, what's that all about?"

"That!" He points to the mammal. "Is exactly why we're here." Turning, he huffs out a sigh, jogging over to help out his fellow Bad Boy. Both taking a hold of the lead, they pull it closer.

"No, no, no! I don't want that thing anywhere near me!" Pulling the llama to the side, they reveal Grian, sitting semi slouched on the saddle, his glasses covering his eyes. "Uhhh, I-I don't know what you want me to do right now."

"We need you to take him, or at least take care of him." Jimmy states, coming closer, leaving Joel to keep the creature in place. I laugh, both furrowing their eyes in confusion.

"Alright, good try boys. Y'know, you almost had me there for a second."

"What're you talking about?" Joel asks.

"You two are just helping Grian try to get me to 'take care of him'," I make air quotations, "So that he can apologise for a few days ago. Well news flash Grian, it's not-not...that easy?" As I spoke, I advanced to him, lifting one of his hands, expecting for him to stir, admitting to his plan, only to have his hand drop limply when I let go. "The hell?"

"See, he won't wake up, but he's still alive, so when people started to try and steal him,"

"Mainly Scar!"

"We thought you'd be able to keep a closer eye on him!" I glance between them, finding no evidence of deceit. Walking closer to his upper torso, I lift Grians glasses, finding him absolutely peacefully asleep. I sigh heavily, contemplating.

"Fine. Just, help me get him inside." The two celebrate momentarily, grabbing the reins to pull the creature inside. "Without bringing the llama into my house!"

...

After several minutes, struggling to get an unconscious Grian into my home, and onto my F/C couch, the two collapse into chairs, panting heavily.

"Y'know, he's a lot heavier than he looks." Jimmy breaths out, graciously accepting the small bottle of water I hand to him.

"Yeah, now you know why I said we couldn't carry him all the way here, idiot." Joel adds on, catching the bottle I throw to him.

"Well, if that's all. I would prefer if you two left sooner than later as I've been flying under people's radar, and wouldn't like to be sought out cause you guys were here for two long." They nod, getting to their feets and heading to the door.

"I'm sure he'll wake up sometime soon, so just send him back when he does." I nod, following them to the door, and closing it after they exit, exchanging a few goodbyes. Sighing, I turn, leaning against the dark oak door, staring tiredly at his peacefully sleeping figure. Why the hell did I get stuck with babysitting duty?
