To continue, what I like about the series is somewhat the alienation of newbies in the workplace, with them being treated poorly at the start, but then having character development later on. To enter such a big company, most people there work really hard and have made enough awards and qualifications to be accepted. Though, the main character was only a high school graduate with a GED. But at least he's a good strategist.
