Quick update: I am getting back on track. Slowly but surely.

I am also looking back at my writing in my first two journals. On the first one, I would like to talk about time management tips from ProjectElon on YouTube.

1. Pair your task with your biological prime time. (Energy levels are high and fresh.)

2. Protect your prime time like you would at a doctor's appointment.

3. You have time to do everything you want. (You have time to do it; you just chose not to do it.)

4. The Daily Highlight. (1 important task)

5. Implement self-imposed time constraints for a sense of energy.

6. Reduce your workload.

7. Balance your life for long-term productivity.

Then followed up by a quote from Brian Tracy: "Write down your goals, make plans to achieve them, and work on your plans every single day."

Lastly, there are excuses that stand in the way of achieving your goals.

1. Blaming others.

2. Thinking that you already know everything.

3. Thinking that there's not enough time in a day.

4. Not wanting to get out of your comfort zone.
