In a deeper sense, I've become quiet because of my addiction to social media. Or I don't know, I just don't find the same sense of interest now in watching the news and keeping up with updates from my friends. Especially those who share posts in their news feed every 5 minutes or so - I'm just like, "Damn, I'm gonna unfollow you."
In the context as well, what can we really talk about in real life? I'm not that interested in your life if I don't know you well or know little about you. What about those things we don't have the same interests in? It's more of a "me" problem to be honest.
But in all truth, I might look angry all the time, but I am actually a kind and helpful person at heart
