This is one of the great lessons from the podcast that I watched. If you're wondering what kind of physical activity is best to have a big, fat, fluffy brain, it's aerobic exercise. Anything that makes your heart rate go up is the best. "Every drop of sweat counts."
If you don't want to read further, just do aerobic activity for 45 minutes, 2-3 times a week. Do more if you can, but that's enough for consistency.
