Yes, physical activity correlates to not having, or more accurately, slowing down the development of Alzheimer's and dementia in our brains.
I am just 18 years old right now, but I can see myself forgetting things most of the time. Furthermore, my attention and focus are not as great as they should be at this age due to social media.
My point is we need to change our lifestyle. So what is the most basic change we can start doing tomorrow (if there's tomorrow)? Walking is the answer.
Walking for at least 10 minutes a day improves our mood, focus, attention, and a lot more.
