I know I said before that I only need to do one thing to become productive. But I will take it a step further and say I need three: Mental, Physical, and Academic.
Mental is to stop my overthinking, Physical is for a long, healthy life, and Academic is for a purposeful life. It's not exhausting, but at least doing a small thing in these three areas every single day will result in greatness one day. Do not underestimate the power of consistency.
