Again, I prioritize how important physical activity is for my brain. But, I also recognize how my current stress is shrinking my brain faster than the growth benefits of physical activity. As one of the people I looked up to before, I must create a stress management system. Stress is unavoidable, as life is not always good. But it is what it is, and it is then up to us how we manage all these events and not crash out in the middle of our lives.
