I had to search if the words "stressed" and "stress" were different and they are!
So this time I am gonna talk about stress management:
Thinking differently about what you are experiencing is a good start. Follow up by making time for your hobbies and activities, such as walking. Physical activity is really important in managing stress. Next, instead of just thinking about what the problem is, think about the solution you must make.
Furthermore, you must visualize yourself doing good things and things you actually like. Like getting that job, talking to your friends again, and more. Additionally, exercise, as I said earlier, and thinking positively will greatly contribute as well.
If we have stress in our family or our relationship to it or to someone, we must make a plan. We must use our problem-solving skills to assign who's going to do what and take care of whom.
And to actually start managing stress right now, do a quick three inhale and three exhale. And if you're now motivated, start meditating.
