Hey Everyone!!

Sorry for being late again but it took long to go for songs, performances. I tried to make it as lively as possible. Do comment if my efforts were worth it or not.

And don't mind if you find some errors in words but I tried to edit as much as possible.

Avantika's Pov

Due to cold weather, everyone refused me to go in the dining area to have dinner and was ordered here. I didn't like anyone's idea but everyone was adamant on it and I had to give up.

I was laying on the bed, sleep was nowhere to me. Yashi was ofcourse staying with her husband and Omi was staying with one of our cousin and I preferred alone.

I checked my phone again, hoping for a message from him. Nothing. He hadn't even asked why I wasn't at dinner. Yashi had told me the men in her family had plans later in the evening.

Frustrated, I decided to put on some music and tidy the mess my discarded clothes and jewelry had created. As the Bluetooth speaker hummed to life, a romantic tune filled the air and a smile, involuntary and unknown, touched my lips. But the smile vanished as quickly as it came, replaced by a jolt of surprise when a pair of strong arms wrapped around me from behind.

"You should keep the balcony door shut when you're alone" a husky voice murmured in my ear. I didn't need to verify who it was.

I leaned back against his chest, my hand instinctively finding his, held tight around my waist. "Who would dare to barge into the room of Udaipur's leopard's fiancée?" I mumbled, more a statement than a question.

He clicked his tongue in disapproval "Not fiancée... wife" he whispered the last word, sending shivers down my spine.

I giggled, turning to face him. He pulled me closer, his arms a protective cage around me. My arms wrapped around his neck as we locked eyes, a silent exchange of pure love.

"There are still three days until I become your wife, Mister" I reminded him. He shook his head, a smile gracing his lips.

"You are already my wife" he said, taking my left hand and placing it over his rapidly beating heart. "You can ask it too" His voice was a whispered promise, melting my heart.

"Is it still out of your control?" I asked, playfully.

He nodded, his gaze unwavering "It can never be in my control now, because it has become yours. Only you have control over it now"

A blush crept onto my cheeks as I grasped the meaning behind his words. His heart was mine, he was mine. No one else had claim to him except me.

He gently pecked my lips, breaking the spell of our gaze and revealing a mischievous grin. This brought a chuckle from me.

"Vaise..." I said, pushing him back slightly, my hands resting on his chest "Aren't you afraid of my soon-to-be husband?" My voice was playful, laced with mischief.

He raised an eyebrow, a playful smirk curving his lips. He played along with my teasing "And why should I be afraid of him when I'm meeting my love?"

I stifled a chuckle, my face turning serious "He'll kill you if he finds out"

I shoved him towards the balcony door, urging him to leave "Go before he finds out"

But he wasn't finished. He pushed me against the wall, his hands coming up to hold mine on either side of my waist, trapping me. He leaned closer, his voice low and determined.
