Avantika's Pov

All the relatives from my maternal and paternal side already left. It was just my family, Yash's family and Bhavesh Bhai's family left.

After a much needed sleep, we all were sitting in the hall sipping our tea and gossiping about childhood.

*Ding*Dong*

Doorbell rang. Everyone looked at each other thinking who would go. Everyone's stuck to their seats not willing to move.

"Fine...I'll go" Mummy said and went to open the door.

We all attentively looked at the door to see the person and there were standing the only missing piece of this group.

Yash

She entered smiling and waving hi like a celebrity and plopped down on the same bean bag I was sitting on like we do everytime.

Karan jiju took a chair and sat beside us basically me.

Omaya served both of them tea and the conversation between two mothers and their married daughter started.

Jiju whispered in my ear "Interested in them?"

I looked at him shrugging my shoulders "I know everything before them"

"Same" He said and we chuckled.
He further added "By the way, what do you feel about my brother now"

I completely turned to him. I know apart from Yash I can share this with him only.

"You know, for the first time in the long time I've found a man that makes my heart to stay, to feel what I am feeling, to wait and to try"

"So you trust him enough to share about yourself"

I looked at him and asked him "You don't know anything about what happened that time but still you were there for me whenever I needed" He nodded agreeing "So if I will not tell him anything won't he support me" I asked being insecure.

He was silent and I further spoke "If it is so...I can't trust him enough to be in this relationship"

Karan was in deep thought and then he said "He will definitely support you and protect you even if you don't tell him about your past in your entire life. You will still find him in front you fighting every demon who will try to hurt you....MARK MY WORDS"

The confidence he held in his voice shivered me. I was becoming more confident about this relationship as I was getting to know him better.

"I do trust you Karan and I believe one day I will trust him too. I myself don't want this relationship to start without getting over my past" I said remembering about his release from prison.

"Oh jija-saali...akele mein bdi baatein ho rhi h dono ki" Yash mocked at us.

(Oh brother in law and sister in law....both are having a lot conversations when alone)

"Ofcourse because now she is not only my saali but bhabhi too" Karan replied her.

Everyone laughed agreeing. Soon, Adwait bhai and Bhavesh bhai took their leave. Yash too decided to visit her grandparents before leaving so she too left with them. The house full of laughter, mocking and people was seeming to be empty now.
