"You gotta understand that Mogadishu in the '90s was a hellhole. Warlords controlled whole swaths of the city." Kreese said as he waved his hands around.
"My team and I were charged with cleaning the place up," Kreese added, finishing his story.

He was telling Hawk and Aisha some story from his army days while Alana and Miguel were on the floor stretching.
Alana looked at Miguel and rolled her eyes, making him smirk and playfully nudge her.

"They were outgunned, we were outmanned. I tell you...Rwanda was no joke." Kreese said.

Alana and Miguel exchanged a confused look. "Don't you mean Somalia?" Miguel asked as he got up. Kreese turned to him. "Mogadishu is in Somalia, Rwanda's a whole different country." Alana added as she was standing up.

Kreese squinted his eyes, lightly glaring at the kids.
"Of course, Somalia. I've spent so much time in the sandbox, it all kind of bleeds together, you know?" Kreese chuckled.
"Listen up!" Johnny yelled, All the kids turned and looked at him, "I see we've got some new recruits. Everybody fall in."

"Let's see what you're made of," Johnny stated as he started walking down the rows,
He looked over to see a man in the back.

"Sorry, parents can't stay for the class. It's an insurance thing." Johnny stated, "I'm not a dad. I... I am here to kick ass, sir!" The man yelled. "Do I know you from somewhere?" Johnny asked, "Yeah, I sold you the mirror. We kind of bonded, talked about rock bands." The man replied.

"Look you're a little old. This is a class for teenagers."
"Well, I can take them. I'm not afraid of kids, sir. And my mom, she doesn't charge me rent, so I just... I got a lot of cash to burn."

The man pulled out a folded $20 and showed it to Johnny. Johnny snatched it out of his hand. "Yeah well consider this a trial run."
He spat before walking back to the front.
"I thought my last group of recruits was pathetic. But if you do what I tell you to do, you'll at least have a chance at becoming a fighter. But to do that, you gotta fight. So, which one of you has the balls to take on the champ?" Johnny asked.

"I'll take him on."
Everyone turned around to see a beautiful girl, "Oh, you will, huh?" Johnny asked. "I saw your little demo at Valley Fest. You guys can put on a show. Can you actually fight?" The girl asked looking around the room with a cocky smirk.

alana tilted her head, she didn't know how to feel really.
"That sounds like a challenge," Johnny stated with a raised eyebrow. "I like a challenge." The girl grinned.
Johnny gave the girl one last glance before turning around. "Mr. Diaz, show Little Miss Hotshot here what Cobra Kai is all about," Johnny said to Miguel.

Miguel nodded and walked towards the mat.
The rest of the kids walked off to the side
The girl walked onto the mat and stopped in front of Miguel. "Look, are you sure that you wanna do-" Miguel started with his arms behind his back.
Before he could finish his sentence, the girl ran up to him and kicked him in the chest.

Miguel smirked. "Alright. Game on." Miguel said in his low voice, getting into his fighting position. Alana immediately thought that he couldn't get any hotter

The girl ran forward and threw punches at Miguel but he ducked and dodged every one. The girl went to throw a kick but Miguel backed up, "Close the gap." Miguel suggested, referring to her kick. The girl went to do a roundhouse kick but Miguel caught her leg and threw her down. The girl did a back roll and got back up. She went again, throwing her elbow at Miguel but he just grabbed it and pushed her arm away

"You're telegraphing," Miguel stated as he kicked the girl in the stomach. "Don't let me see it coming." He suggested.
The girl got up and grabbed Miguel by the waist, pulling him down to the ground. "Did you see that coming?" She asked as she pushed herself up. Miguel wrapped his legs around the girl's legs and knocked her down. "Maybe." Miguel panted, pushing himself to his feet.

He walked over to the girl and stuck his arm out. "My name's Miguel." He introduced. "Tory." She replied grabbing his outstretched hand and threw his body to the ground. She then his arm tightly under her arm and held him down by shoving his face into the floor. "With a Y."

Johnny and Kreese shared an amused look with each other while Alana stood there with a small frown.
Tory got off of Miguel and helped him up with a smile. Miguel smiled back at her and Alana felt exactly how she felt when Miguel liked Sam

After the lesson Miguel and Alana got dressed and went outside the see Hawk on the Phone.

"Don't do anything stupid, you'll regret it." Hawk said before hanging up.
"What happened?" Miguel asked, "That pussy Demetri couldn't handle training with Mr. Kreese. He's not Cobra Kai material." He said before walking away.

The two looked at each other, "You know i'm really starting to miss Eli." Alana said as they walked back into the building.

"Looks good," miguel commented, "I used a level this time." Johnny said. "What's up." He asked the two.
miguel and alana nodded at each other, "We're a little worried about Mr. Kreese. Our friend demetri came in and he roughed him up." Miguel told, "Demetri, he the mouthy one? He probably deserved it."

"Look, we know you guys are old friends, but some of his stories don't add up." Alana said, "Look, John Kreese and I go way back. All right? He and I.. it's complicated. The guys got his issues, but everyone deserves a second chance. all right? there's nothing to worry about I'm on top of it." Johnny says to the two making them sigh and glance at each other before walking away.

Later that night Sam and Alana were face-timing on their laptops.
"And that's what happened." Sam finished her story.

"Shit. i'm sorry i didn't go." Alana said, "who is she anyways," Sam asked.
"A new girl at Cobra Kai." Alana shrugged.

"Have you talked to her yet?"
"Nope, but tomorrow might be the day we do."

"What do you mean?" Sam asked tilting her head, "Aisha called me, told me basically what you just told me. She even told Tory that since we're best friends that I won't listen to anyone else." Alana explained with a frown.
"What the hell? And i thought she wouldn't change." sam furrowed her eyebrows.

"I don't think Aisha would switch up on us just cause it's a fucking Tuesday." The girls laughed a little.
"It's getting late but i'll let you know tomorrow ok?" Alana said making Sam Smile.

"Okay, Bye Lana."
"Bye sammy."

and with that Alana sighed and closed her laptop.
