What the hell?!

Leni cursed inside her head as she read Nella's messages to her;

Mom, Tito Bong will be there for a couple of weeks. Sabi ko dyan na muna sya sa bahay mag stay.

Mom? Are u busy? I'm calling kasi malapit na si Tito Bong dyan sa bahay.

Mommy?

Leni didn't know what to do. She wanted to get angry at Nella but it's no use, Bongbong was already there sitting on her couch.

She was pulled back into reality when she felt Janice nudging her, "Anong plano mo ngayon? Na-hunting ka na ni Bong!"

Leni rolled her eyes. "Di ko nga alam. Gusto kong pagalitan si Nella, hindi man lang nagsabi saakin ahead of time."

Janice was about to say something when they heard Bongbong called.

"Len?"

Leni and Janice turned around to see him, trying to get their composure. "Yes?" Leni pretended to smile.

"I hope this setup is okay with you? Nakausap ka naman na siguro ni Nella about me staying here for a while? We're expanding kasi dito sa Philippines, narealize ni Nella na mas malapit dito sa bahay nyo yung site namin, so naisip nya why not dito nalang muna ako mag stay para less hassle." Bongbong said.

Janice wanted to laugh at that moment. She knew Leni's knees were weak already.

"Uh yeah I— I already talk to Nella about it. Nakwento nya na nag eexpand kayo. Ilang weeks ka mag sstay dito?" Leni asked.

"Three weeks." Bongbong said.

Janice smirked.

"Three weeks?!" Leni exclaimed.

Bongbong slightly frowned. "I thought it was okay?"

"Ha? Uh yeah sabi ko nga three weeks! Wow! Three weeks! Sana maging successful yung expansion nyo." Leni said, pretending to be excited about it.

Bongbong smiled.

"Wait lang ha, excuse lang. Prepare lang kami ng light snack for you." Leni said, dragging Janice to the kitchen.

"What?! Wala kang grocery dito, anong light snack ang sinasabi mo? Nag takeout lang nga tayo ng dinner." Janice said, withdrawing her hand from Leni.

"Dito ka muna tumira for three weeks!" Leni dropped.

Janice laughed at how troubled Leni was.

"Nakakainis ka naman eh! Seryoso nga! Dito ka na muna sa bahay mag stay. Three weeks lang naman." Leni was desperate.

Janice shook her head. "Nope! Magkakasawaan na tayo. Magkasama na nga tayo sa hospital tapos pati sa bahay magsasama pa tayo. Saka nandito naman si Bong, may kasama ka naman." She left Leni.

"Shit!" Leni cursed and just followed Janice.

"Sige Bong ha! Mauna na 'ko, late na rin kasi eh. May surgery ako bukas." Janice said, getting her car keys.

Bongbong kissed her cheek, "Ingat ka! Let's have dinner kung kailan ka free."

Janice nodded. "Sure! Free kami ni Leni bukas. Unless, may dinner na naman si Leni."

Leni frowned at her best friend.

Bongbong slightly frowned. He didn't get it.

"Aalis ka na diba?" Leni said, pushing Janice towards the door.

"Ito na nga! Byeee! See you, Bong!" Janice waved.

Leni escorted her until her car, "Anong gagawin ko?!"
