"Manang Imee is thinking of adopting, did you know that?" Leni shared one Sunday morning as she helped their cook prepares for breakfast. She handed a cup of coffee she made to Bongbong who's sitting at one of the high chairs in their kitchen.

"Really?" Bongbong frowned. He sipped his coffee, Leni made his coffee like no other.

She nodded, continuing her cooking.

"I didn't know that. Bakit daw sya mag aampon? Baka naman gusto nya lang ng apo? Kumbinsihin nya nalang yung mga anak nya na mag-asawa na." Bongbong scoffed.

Leni frowned. "Ito naman, hayaan mo na yung ate mo sa kung anong gusto nyang gawin. Kung gusto nya mag-adopt or gusto nya mag-asawa ulit or gusto nya magpa-retoke or whatsover."

"Bakit sya mag-aasawa ulit?" Bongbong was alarmed.

"Bakit naman hindi?" Leni asked back.

"Matanda na sya para dyan. Saka hindi nya na yan kailangan." Bongbong said.

"Naririnig mo ba ang sarili mo?"Leni started, ready to fight with him during early hours. "Bakit ikaw nag-asawa ka ulit kahit matanda ka na at malalaki na ang mga anak mo."

Bongbong rolled his eyes. "Leni, iba naman yun. Dati na kitang asawa, naghiwalay lang tayo. Besides, you're the mother of my kids."

Leni rolled her eyes. "Kahit na. Ewan ko sa'yo, huwag ka magtatangka na sabihin yan sa kapatid mo dahil tatalakan ka nun sigurado."

Tricia went down one early morning to found her mom in the kitchen making breakfast. Their cook was on day off so their mom took in charge of the breakfast.

"Good morning!" Leni greeted, she heard Tricia sighed. "Ang aga-aga mukha kang problemado dyan. Anong meron?" Leni asked.

Tricia stared at her mom for a while.

Leni chuckled. "What? Anong meron?"

"Ma" Tricia bit her lower lip trying not to cry in front of her mom. Leni realized that Tricia's eyes were red and she look like she didn't sleep last night.

"What happened?" Leni was alarmed. She thought of many possible things why her daughter is acting like that. Tricia is the most emotional daughter among her siblings but Leni felt that there's something going on.

Aika and Jillian went down from their rooms. They saw their sister and their mom talking. "Bakit ang serious?" Jill asked, excitedly.

"Nag-away ba kayo?" Leni asked her daughters. "Anong nangyari dito sa kapatid nyo?"

Aika and Jill shook their heads. "Hindi ma."

"Mama, may gusto akong sabihin." Tricia finally spoke. She's about to cry when their dad went down hurrying. He seemed frantic.

Leni almost ran to see what Bongbong was up to. "What happened?"

"Nasaan ang mga bata?" Bongbong asked, he seemed angry.

"Nasa kitchen." Leni said.

Bongbong walked rapidly to the kitchen with Leni following him.

"Kanino 'to?" Bongbong exclaimed, he showed a pregnancy test kit with positive result. They were all shocked. "Tell me who took this pregnancy test! Imposible naman na sa nanay nyo 'to!"

No one was speaking.

"Aika?!" Bongbong exclaimed.

Aika shook her head. "No pa. Hindi saakin yan."
