Everyone was ecstatic to know that Bongbong and Leni decided to get married again. Their respective families gave their immediate approval upon hearing the good news. Sally said it will be beneficial for their three daughters. While Bongbong's sisters are extremely excited, they were a bit sad knowing that their mom will not be able to witness Bongbong and Leni's wedding again.

Leni together with her daughters went back to Manila to resume with their lives. Bongbong decided to stay in Ilocos together with his sisters and other family members. He said he would spend time with his sisters as they prepare for their mom's 40 days and the every night novena.

"Do you want us to stay there for while?" Leni asked over the phone.

"No no, it's okay." Bongbong declined. "I know you're busy, the kids are busy too. Saka malayo."

"I can always make time for you, Bong. Alam mo yan." She negotiated.

"I know that but you have other important things to do also. I know you have your priorities." He said.

She sighed, she wanted to come and be with him during this difficult times but he's right, "Okay sige, but you have to update me palagi. I can go there anytime, alam mo yan."

He smiled, "I know. I love you."

She smiles, "I love you too."

Bongbong has been busy for the last couple of days, he's been helping with the planning and executing of their mom's 40 days together with his siblings. Along with it, he's been busy working at the comfort of their home in Ilocos. His executive assistant together with his staff prepares all his materials, scheduled all his meetings, sends reports and reminders, and other tasks and updates regarding the status of the business. All these resulted into sleepless nights and skipping of meals making him feel sick and frail.

"Anong nararamdaman mo? Nahihilo ka pa ba?" Imee asked after Bongbong said he's been feeling dizzy. He was quickly assisted by his siblings and helpers. He was hypertensive.

"I'm okay now. Feeling better now." He smiled weakly.

"You have to rest kuya." Aimee said, hugging his kuya lightly.

"Did Leni know?" Irene asked.

"Don't tell her. Magpapanic yun." Bongbong said.

"She has to know." Irene argued. "What if something bad happened to you tapos hindi nya alam?"

He clicked his tongue, "Don't tell her. Ako na bahala. I will talk to her later kapag okay na."

Irene just rolled her eyes. "Okay."

Three days before his mom's 40 days, Bongbong went to the airport to fetch Leni and their kids. They planned to stay in the region for the entire week to spend time with their dad and cousins, it's some sort of a vacation too.

"Miss you pa!" Jillian hugged her dad upon seeing him. Aika and Tricia did the same.

"I miss you more!" Bongbong smiled as he gave his daughters a tight hug.

"Hi!" Leni smiled and gave him a peck on the lips.

He hugged her, "I miss you, Leni." He whispered.

"I miss you too." Leni whispered back.

They soon travelled to their house where they were greeted by Bongbong's sisters, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, and helpers. What shocked Leni ultimately is seeing Liza, Bongbong's ex girlfriend chatting with Bongbong's sisters.
