Da-ah's pov

It has been a while since the whole Jiyoon fiasco. We are still in the throne room talking to the King and Queen. The King stood up in the midst of the conversation and cleared his voice. The conversation around the room died down.

"Thank you girls for joining us here today. It was a pleasure getting to know you all better. I hope you do not look back at tonight as being awful due to one girl." The King said smiling at each of us.

"Now the Queen and I have business to attend to, but before we leave we wanted to make an announcement. Tomorrow night we will be having the annual Gala for the anniversary of the Werewolves being known to man kind. You all are expected to attend." He said.

He then looked confused and looked to the Queen for help. "Am I missing anything?" The Queen looked at him like he was stupid.

"You forgot the part about how this will be another test for who goes home. The Luna Queen is expected to be a good host and be sociable. You all should be the center of the Gala tomorrow. Remember those dance lessons you were given? Well I hope you do because tomorrow you will be dancing through the night. Bye girls!" The Queen said. They both walked out of the thrown room hand in hand.

I looked to Wonyoung. She looked so bored and tired. Well when is she not tired. I'm just glad the scary old lady hasn't checked up on her bed time in a while. I walked over to Wonyoung and shook her.

"Wake up you sleepy head!" I yelled at her.

"Stop it." Wonyoung said whining. "I was just brutally attacked back there. You see the scratches Jiyoon left me due to her fingernails! By shaking me you could be hurting me more!" She said pointing at her arms. Which I did not see any scratches.

"What scratches! I don't see anything! Your just being a drama queen!" I said annoyed.

"So...... maybe I am." Wonyoung whispered. "C'mon let's go back to our room." She said walking away. We walked down the hallway for a while in silence.

"Hey Wonyoung!" I shouted at her. She then turned around. "Aren't you excited for the Gala! I mean this will be our first time experiencing what it is like to party Royal style." I said thinking about which dress I should wear. "People will be dancing the night away. It's going to be awesome!" I then paused. "Save one dance for me!" I said running to Wonyoung and pretended to dance with her.

"Get off of me!" She complained pushing me away. "And yeah it seems so much fun to be in a room of people who are rich, snobby, and have loads of power. Plus we get to wear the itchy dresses again. Yay!" Wonyoung said with sarcasm.

"Why do you always have to be so negative?" I asked. She didn't respond. We finished walking to our room and arrived at the door. Once inside we went to our separate bedrooms.

"Good night!" Wonyoung yelled from down the hall.

"Good night!" I responded.

Wonyoung's pov

Today was the day of our Gala. The Palace was hectic with people running everywhere in preparation for today. Maids were running all over cleaning up the place. Seamstress were measuring all parts of my body to make sure they had the right dress size.

Butlers were organizing the tables in the ballroom. Chefs were having everybody test out the food to make sure it was good. Even Da-ah was running all over our little room area for a hair brush.

I think I'm the only one in this Palace who is staying still. Probably because I hardly got seven hours of sleep. Whoops! My bad!

"Wonyoung! Wonyoung!" Shouted Da-ah looking around hectically.

"What?" I moaned. Doesn't she know I haven't had my coffee yet. I can't talk to civilization yet.

"Where is my hairbrush! Is this payback for the shampoo! Are you pranking me! This is not funny!" She said checking underneath everything while yelling at me.

"Why would I want to hide a hairbrush? And besides I wouldn't do such an amateur prank as hiding something anyway. My revenge will be much bigger!" I said with confidence.

"Oh great." Da-ah said while her eyes rolled. "I don't have time for this. Just help me find my hairbrush." She said sighing.

"I would but you already found it." I said like it was obvious.

"What do you mean?" She said looking straight at me.

"It's stuck in your hair." I said pointing to her head. She looked up and yanked it off her hair.

"Opps. Silly me. I thought my head felt heavier than usual." She said laughing.

"And I'm the drama queen." I whispered. We both went back to our rooms and I got a cup of coffee. I probably wouldn't be able to survive without coffee. As I sat down at my sofa Dia walked in. Once she saw me she came charging at me.

"What are you doing?" She said fast.

"Drinking my morning coffee?" I said confused at why it matters.

"What? You think we have time to sit around! No we don't! C'mon let's go get you all ready!" Dia said. She pulled me up and over to my closet. She debated for a while what I should wear she finally settled on a gold dress. Dia did my hair up and my makeup. When doing my makeup she gave it gold tones.

"There you are all done!" Dia said smiling. "I hope you have fun tonight." She said pushing me out the door. "You remember how to get there right?" She asked.

"Yes." I responded reassuring her. She then gave me a hug and I started my walk to the ballroom which was where the Gala was taking place. I met Da-ah on the way. She was wearing a purple dress. She was very nervous and kept taking deep breathes.

"Da-ah look at me." Da-ah turned to face me. "It will be fine. We have done things like this before. Remember Prom? Well the Prom I didn't go to. It will just be like that. So let's go and have a great time." I said. With that we arrived at the ballroom. The Gala already started, but the first song hadn't been played. Da-ah and I walked in and looked around. The ballroom had been completely transformed.

"Wonyoung the first song is the most important. Be careful with who you choose to be your dance partner." Da-ah said to me seriously.

"Who told you that?" I asked.

"Lia. I will catch up with you later. I just want to go look for some refreshments. Can I bring you back anything ?" She asked.

"Just water." I responded. Da-ah then left and I was all alone in the crowd of people. The band then started to play the first song. I started to walk back to a chair when I heard someone call my name.

"Wonyoung!" Yelled a man's voice. It turned out to be the Prince. He was running up to me on my right side.

"Wonyoung!" Shouted a man to my left. When I turned around it was Heeseung.

They both ran up to me at the same second, put out their hand, and simultaneously opened their mouths to say. "Will you dance with me?"
