"He tried to kiss me and I ran like a coward!"

You wail.

From the moment you'd slammed the door in his face, he sort of assumed it had to do with your nerves. It was endearing. Especially since you'd texted him the following morning with several apologies.

"I'm sure he knows you well enough to understand. It might be better if you just told him that you don't have any experience. You're just nervous." Daredevil explains.

Of course you contemplated it, but that seems even more daunting than trying to kiss him.

"I wish you were a girl, then we could practice."

He's not sure what to say to that. Is there a right response to such a statement?

"I'm..sorry?"

"It's okay, can't blame you for that."

You go back to snacking on your gummies, apparently this is your comfort food.

When you start to fidget, he gets the feeling that you have more to say.

"You know I've always wanted a hickey. The girls used to gush about it. I was always envious."

He's not really sure when he became your girl talk confidant. Even for him this still feels a bit like an intrusion.

Yet, for a moment he can imagine it. Your pulse racing as he presses you to the couch. The heat of your skin as he marks you. Your shaky breath as you beg for more.

"I need to leave."

The imagery was a bit too much, especially for his heightened senses.

"I have faith in you."

With that he's out the window. You're so caught up in your rantings that you don't pay much mind to how quickly he'd bolted.

"Foggy, you're out of gummies!"

"That's because you eat all of them."

"I do not!!"

You're rummaging his cabinets, but he's fresh out. Foggy walks out of the bathroom, hair still dripping.

"Hah, you look like a wet dog"

He throws the towel and it hits you in the face. You toss it back and Foggy just laughs.

"So, since it's just the two of us, what's going on with you and Matt?"

You're as stiff as a board.

"W-What do you mean? D-Did he say something?"

"He told me you both went out on a date last Saturday."

It's not like you were really hiding it from Foggy. He's just been so busy with his new girlfriend that you haven't had a chance.

"Well I sort of maybe asked him out and he said yes so we went on one date."

"You dog!!"

"Don't tease me, Foggy!!"

He just grins, as you move to his bed, dropping onto it.

"I really like him, but he tried to kiss me and I ran away as if he had a terrible disease."

"Oh dude, that's rough."

"I know. He said it was fine and we've been talking as usual but I feel like he's not going to try again because he thinks I don't want it. It's not my fault my parents kept me barricaded like fort knox."

"Hah, it's funny because it's true."

You glare.

"Not helping Foggy."

"Right, sorry. Honestly just tell him. Matt's a pretty cool guy, he'll understand. If you need a kissing partner just say the word." He puckers his lips leaning in and you laugh, pushing him away.

"Ewww, gross stop it Foggy!!"

He's laughing along with you. When the door opens Matt steps in to the sound of your laughter.

"Is he trying to tickle you again?" Matt asks playfully.

"No, he's trying to kiss me!!" You're still laughing loudly and Matt smiles.

"I don't know how I feel about you trying to kiss my girlfriend Foggy."

It's a playful jab, but you both pause, mid wrestle.

"Girlfriend.."

Your voice is a mix of surprise and elation. You practically kick Foggy off the bed. He grunts when he connects with the floor and you shoot upright.

"Really! I'm your girlfriend?!"

Matt is still processing Foggy on the ground.

"Yes. At least I was hoping. I guess I should have just asked you directly instead of assuming." He rubs the back of his neck a bit shyly.

"Will you be my girlfriend (Y/N)?"

"Of course! Oh my goodness you don't even have to ask." You hug him happily and he smiles, returning it.

"That's all nice and romantic but I think I broke something."

"Walk it off." You call.

"Are you sure you want that monster as a girlfriend Matt!"

You pull away with a glare and Foggy knows that look when you rush at him. With a lift of your elbow, you dive at him.

"W-Wait (Y/N) don't-"

"JOHN CENA!!"

The crash echoes and so does Foggy's cry of pain.
