Bella's Miracle Pregnancy

(August 31st, 2006) Indiana's POV

It's been eighteen days since the wedding. I still haven't spoken to Embry. We are currently having a picnic with Luna napping beside us. "What's been on your mind?" Embry asks me. I hum looking up at him. "I know you've been trying to bring something up since the wedding. What is it?" he asks me and I sigh.

"We're gonna have to leave" I tell him sadly. Not looking him in the eye. "Bella is to become one of us before her birthday. Then she will be to dangerous around humans. We planned to leave for Alaska I think. After we faked her death" I explain.

"But what about us? Luna?" he asks me.

"I'm technically still under age Embry and you know the elders & Sam don't like me staying for more then a few hours on the reservation. I maybe your imprint, but I am still a vampire. It's your natural instinct to kill my kind" I remind him. "I love you to the moon and back" I state looking into his warm brown eyes. "But I still need my family, they love me and Luna. But I can't ask you to leave your pack for us or separate you from our daughter" I tell him.

"I don't know what to do" I tell him.

"We'll figure it out, together" he assures me holding my hand squeezing it. "But as you can't leave your family. I can't leave my mum. Luna and I are all the family she has" he states.

"A real mess we've gotten ourselves into" I state leaning my head on his shoulder.

"Then there's the pack to consider" he adds and I groan.

"We also still have a wedding to plan" I state and he smiles.

"I think we both need to talk to our parents, maybe have a sit down. To decide the most appropriate path for us to take" he suggests.

"Sounds good, but Sam has no say. This is a family matter, not a pack one" I tell him. "And if he tries to butt in, I won't be happy" I state. Embry nods his head. Suddenly my phone rings and I see it's Rosalie. "Hi Rosalie, what's up?" I ask her.

"You have to come home right now" she tells me and hangs up before I could ask questions.

"What was that about?" Embry asks me.

"No idea, but it must be urgent" I tell him. "We'll reschedule" I state and he smiles.

"I'm gonna go talk to my mum about our situation" he tells me. "But before you leave with Luna, I just wan to make sure we're on the same page" he states. I nod my head. "You love me, yes?" he asks.

"With all my heart" I tell him with a smile. "Do you love me?" I ask.

"More then the stars above" he tells me and if I was still human. I'd be blushing. "We still want to marry each other?" he asks and I nod my head. "We want to raise our daughter together?" he asks. I nod again. "But neither of us want to leave our respected families yet. Me my mother and you your family" he states.

"Right" I agree.

"Ok, I know what I have to do. But just need to discuss it with mum. Then we need to discuss it with your parents" he tells me. I smile and we kiss. Before I go home with Luna. I frown when I hear my family arguing inside. What the hell is going on?

"Hey!" I snap when I enter the house with Luna and everyone looks at me. "Mind telling me why I needed to come home so quickly? Why Bella and Edward are home early? Why you lot are arguing?" I demand.

"Indiana, Bella is pregnant" Rosalie tells me with a smile. "With her and Edward's child" she states.

"Wow, did not see that coming" I admit and look at Bella. I focus on her stomach and see the slight bump. I also hear a faint heartbeat. "This is a miracle!" I cheer rushing over to her. I hand Luna to Rosalie and hug Bella.

"It's going to kill her!" Edward snaps and I frown.

"Edward, it's a baby. Yours and hers, how can you not be happy?" I ask him.

"Do you see how quickly it's grown?" he demands.

"I do, but a baby is something to be celebrated. Not feared, I mean none of you reacted this badly when we discovered I was pregnant with Luna" I remind them.

"Yes, but your baby wasn't half vampire and half human" dad tells me gently.

"Well I'm not gonna let an innocent baby die. So I am all for keeping my future niece or nephew alive" I state.

"I knew we could rely on your support" Rosalie says with a smile. I smile and look around. Emmett, Rosalie, Luna and I are one with Bella. Edward on the other with the rest of the family.

"Alice?" I ask confused.

"I can't see her future anymore Indiana or the fetuses" she states. "I don't want to lose my best friend and third sister" she states. "Jasper is with me" she adds.

"Dad, mum?" I ask.

"I will respect Bella's wishes to keep the baby if she wishes. But this is uncharted territory for all of us" dad states. "I'm gonna go to the hospital and get what's need to pregnancy and birth. I'll get an ultrasound machine, so that we can try see the baby" he explains.

"I understand both sides, I just don't want anyone fighting" mum states.

"And we won't" I state glaring at Edward. "Not with my daughter in the house and another baby on the way. Are we clear?" I ask him. He growl leaves the room. I relax and look back at Bella. "How are you feeling Bella?" I ask.

"I'm excited about the baby, I wish Edward was too. But I can't control his emotions" she states. "I pray he will come around" she adds.

"He will" Rosalie and I assure her.

"Don't worry Bella, nothing is gonna happen to either of you" Emmett states.

"How about I make you something the ate?" Rosalie suggests and Bella nods. Rosalie hands me Luna and heads to the kitchen. Emmett stands beside Bella and I protectively as we sit on the couch.

"How did you react? When you found out you were pregnant?" Bella asks me.

"I was shocked, I never photo it'd happen. Embry used protection, but I guess it wasn't enough. I feared how my family and he would react. Along with his mother, but it all worked out in the end" I tell her. "Embry and I are together, planning a future together. We love each other and our daughter very much. We wouldn't change a thing" I state.

"I admit I am a little scared about being a mum, I never saw myself having kids. But this baby, it's a miracle like you said and it is worth protecting. I can't wait to raise him" she states.

"You think it's a boy?" I ask her.

"Whenever I picture it, I see a boy. But I could be wrong, I guess to ultrasound will tell us for sure" she states. "I'm glad I have you and Rosalie on my side" she tells me.

"We understand what you want. We'd make the same decision in your place" I tell her as Rosalie returns with a plate of food. "Now eat up, you need your strength" I tell her and she smiles. Before starting to eat her food.
