129. Consistency

"Success doesn't come from the things you do occasionally, success comes from the things that you do consistently."

If we want to become consistent, we need to be accountable for what we are doing. It's absurd that I am using the word "accountable" without understanding its deeper meaning.

I've just searched about it, and it's about responsibility and taking ownership of the result of the task.

Now that I think about it, I have to be accountable to who I am today and what my body looks like. I have to take responsibility for not continuing my passion for basketball and chess, and instead focusing on studying. I need to take responsibility for the time I wasted on social media. I need to embrace the result, as it either makes me feel good or not.

I need to understand that I have set what I am going to do for the week, and I have to do it no matter what.

Be accountable. I will accept who I am today because this is all my doing.
I am proud of myself, and I will take care of my body until the end of my life.
