It was 10 pm and Karina was just now getting back home. She was tired from her flight and was ready to get in her bed. When she unlocked and opened the door, she saw Chris in her kitchen with flowers, food and a gift bag. She smiled and closed her door.

"Hi baby." Karina said as she walked to Chris.

"Hey beautiful." He kissed her forehead, her cheeks, and then her lips. "I got you some wingstop and I got you a gift." Karina walked to the gift bag and reached inside and felt a book. When she pulled it out she squealed in excitement.

"Chris! How did you even get this?! It doesn't publish for another two weeks." She looked at the book and then at Chris.

"I know people." Karina put the book down and went to Chris to hug him. He picked her up and she wrapped her legs around him.

"Thank you so much. You're literally the best." She kissed his cheek repeatedly and Chris chuckled. He went to the couch and sat down, making Karina straddle him.

"I'm ight." Karina rolled her eyes and kissed his lips. He kissed back and in no time, the kiss deepened causing them both to let out soft moans and grunts. As things started to get a little heated, Chris stopped her. "Wait." He sighed. Karina moved hair from her face and sat up.

"What's wrong?" It was silent. "Is there something wrong?"

"Diamond and I kissed." Karina stared at him not knowing what to say.

"When?"

"That day you and Royalty went to the store and Diamond was over." Karina sighed and tried to get off of him but he grabbed her hips.

"Chris...that was a month ago. You just now telling me this?" She said calmly not wanting to get angry.

"Shit I was scared...I didn't want to disappoint you."

"Chris..." Karina sighed again and put her hand on her forehead. "I mean yea you should've been scared cause you shouldn't have did it but, I told you that you could always be honest with me about anything. You keeping this shit from me only makes it worse." Chris put his head back and rubbed his hands down his face.

"I'm sorry Karina."

"Have y'all done anything else?"

"No. I swear we only kissed that day. After that we both set some boundaries with each other. I swear Rina." Karina took another deep breath.

"Okay well...I'm glad you finally told me and...that y'all both have set boundaries between each other." Karina moved Chris's hands and got off his lap. She went upstairs and took off her clothes so she could get in bed. Chris came upstairs and stood in the doorway.

"Karina-"

"Chris, I'm not even in the mood to talk honestly. The only thing I have left to say is to get your shit together...that's all Imma say about this." She went into the bathroom and grabbed her extra bonnet and put it on. She got into bed and covered herself. "Cut my light off please."

Chris sighed and cut her light off. He made his way downstairs and cussed at himself quietly. He put up her wingstop and put her flowers in a vase. He grabbed his keys but stopped for a moment. Chris made sure her door was locked before he went back upstairs and stripped down to his underwear. He got in behind her and wrapped his arm around her, pulling her close.

"I'm sorry baby." He whispered and kissed her head. Karina didn't respond, she just pretended she was sleeping. Although she was hurt, she was relieved that it was just a kiss. She could get over that in no time. But part of her doubted that they were even ready for this relationship. Part of her started to rethink of everything people have said about Chris...and if he was starting to show his true colors.
