Hi everyone!
First off, I am so sorry for disappearing for so long.
Back in February, a family emergency came up that consumed my life for many months. Even after the dust settled, it zapped me to the point I lost my creativity and drive. Combined with the stress of my career, I couldn't find the time to write anymore.
So, I decided to step away from my stories.
I might also have been distracted because we traveled to South Korea during the first two weeks of June. 😁
Since returning from our trip, I have wanted to get back into writing to finish this sequel but struggled to find inspiration and motivation. I kept changing the direction of the story, never happy with what I came up with. So, I've been at a stalemate.
This morning, I finally found the spark I had been missing for so long. Watching the Episode about Jin's Hugapalooza was all it took. I have been writing like crazy most of the day, ideas pouring out onto the paper. The journal I use for drafting my Jinvaverse is filling up rather quickly.
Although what I wrote was a outline and rough draft for the final chapters/epilogue, it gave me the direction for the story I have been seeking for so long.
Not quite sure when I will return to posting but hoping to return to posting chapters in August.
