"Kanroji is a gifted woman, she's learned fast, she also completed the final selection in just Six Months! Although she has some difficulties when trying to do Flame Breathing, perhaps with your help, you can teach her or help her improve. After all, you're the strongest swordsman I know."

Kanae started giggling "I'm sure to Mitsuri that Y/N is already quite famous especially with the stories Kyojuro has told her."

"You've told stories about me..?"

Rengoku laughs, "Of course! Why wouldn't I? Like how you nearly killed every demon single handedly in our Final Selection."

As the trio walked, Y/N turned to Kanae "Question though, did Kyojuro introduce you already to her?"

"To Kanroji? Of course! Even to Shinobu, us three are already good friends and we also made sure to make her feel comfortable, since she's a new member to the Corps."

"Ah.."

Kanae perked up "Oh right! I forgot to say, while you were asleep, The Flame Hashira, Rengoku's father came to visit with his tsuguko."

"He did? What did he say?"

"That you were a fool." Kanae answered, keeping her sweet smile, almost as if she was also calling him that herself

"Oh yeah, Shinazugawa also said you were a fool too." She said again

"Okay, I get it.." Y/N sighs "You're weirdly aggressive now.."

"I have no clue on what you're implying, Y/N, I'm just telling." She snickers, hiding her smirk beneath her hand as she covered her mouth.

As the two walked, Y/N looked down in thought. Shinjuro came to visit him huh? Didn't expect that. Their relationship has been strained since the death of his wife and ever since his retirement. But Shinjuro calling him a fool was to be expected though.

With a small sigh, Y/N shook his head and continued.

Senjuro Rengoku, the younger brother of Kyojuro and who he assigned to watch and monitor Mitsuri's current progress, was cheering for the upcoming Demon Slayer as she swung her sword to it's side, slicing the head of the dummy

"A-Am I?!"

Mitsuri Kanroji, the current Tsuguko of Kyojuro Rengoku.

With a wide and relieved smile, she sighs after "Uwahh.. I'm so exhausted.." she wobbled

"Don't worry, brother will be here soon with his friend."

Rengoku's.. friend..? Oh right! Rengoku had spoken to her prior before his departure that he was off to see a friend who had just been in a week or more length coma following his fight against an Upper Moon. Mitsuri's excitement skyrocketed when she heard the story. Upper Moons were the powerful demons at the top, not even a single hashira in the history of the corps would be able to beat one one-on-one.

She was practically bouncing on the inside! She can't wait to meet Rengoku's friend! How would she introduce herself though? She didn't wanna sound like a creepy fan or something but she couldn't help with how much Rengoku spoke about him.
