I'm not sure why the pre-determined topic I wrote about was avoiding friends. I think it's in the sense that as we achieve more and grow in our lives, we sometimes leave behind some of our friends or, let's say, we outgrow them. But sometimes we don't want to let go of those friends or that friend, as we realize they are no longer the same person we used to know. It's now unknown, yet I believe it's normal. We lose and gain friends in our lives. That's just how it is.

But to share my biases as well, I don't want friends who smoke and drink as a hobby. I could let it pass if they do it occasionally. At the same time, I must not really care about them. I know it's their coping mechanism, but I also know that it has a lot of bad effects. Toxic friends must be left out as well.

What we need are those who support us in our studies and in our lives in general. Friends who make us happy, knowledgeable, and do the same for them. (Those are the kinds of friends we should keep and cherish as we grow and evolve in our lives. - Inserted by AI)
