Jungkook's Pov

I was conversing with my colleagues when, out of the blue, I saw Jessica here in Russia. Her sudden appearance left me too stunned to speak. My eyes wandered, searching for Ena. There she was, smiling with Jimin, and I felt a wave of relief knowing she was enjoying his company. My gaze lingered on her for a moment before Jessica's approach snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Hey JK, what a pleasant surprise!" she exclaimed loudly.

"Oh yeah, Jessica. How have you been?" I asked, surprised to see her after such a long time.

"I'm well, JK. Tell me about yourself. Did you miss me?" she inquired.

I laughed awkwardly, "Um, well..."

She chuckled. "Seems like you didn't," she joked.

I smiled. "Well, it's unexpected to see you here."

"Yeah, I came here with Dad," she answered happily.

As our conversation continued, it became clear where it was heading. Jessica invited me to join her for drinks upstairs, privately. I knew I needed to clear the air with her, away from prying eyes. We had dated for years in the States, but the long-distance relationship fell apart after I returned to my country.

I followed her upstairs, wondering if she knew the place well or perhaps lived in the hotel. We reached a room, and our conversation took a serious turn.

"You're still hot," I said, noticing her happy reaction. But I had other plans. "But Jessica, you don't impress me anymore, and you shouldn't expect anything from me. You were my first, but you won't be my last."

"What does that mean?" she spat, anger rising.

"I don't know where you got information about my marriage or the contract, but I believe you have your sources. I don't want to know how much you've dug up. As for my wife and this marriage," I paused, "it may be a contract, but I never included a clause that allows cheating. You know how much I used to avoid marriage, but now that I am married, doesn't that mean something? I'm sorry if I'm being rude, but that's all I wanted to say. Goodbye."

As I turned to leave, her voice stopped me.

"You're not physically involved with her, yet you can't cheat? This marriage of yours is based on revenge, yet you remain loyal?" she said.

I knew she had sources keeping her informed. I turned and met her gaze. "Yes, that's it. And how does this compel me to cheat?" I asked calmly. I wondered why my words were so venomous only for Ena.

She chuckled. "JK is in love," she laughed. My heart pounded. I didn't understand what she meant, but it made my heart beat louder.

"No, that's not the case," I said confidently.

"Oh really? If this marriage is based on revenge, violating her personal space and forcing yourself on her must be nothing, right? Yet you choose to respect her boundaries. What does that mean? I know you could have done it, but you never touched her against her will," she pressed.

What she said was true, and I couldn't deny it. My thoughts were a mess, filled with Jessica's words and Ena's thoughts.

"It was nice meeting you. I need to leave," I said, avoiding her questions because I didn't know the answers myself. I went straight to the balcony, lit a cigarette, and leaned on the railings, my mind in turmoil. I didn't know how many cigarettes I smoked, lost in my thoughts, until Jimin's presence interrupted me.

"Hey, what are you doing here alone?" he asked.

"For exactly the same thing you came here," I replied. He chuckled and lit his cigarette.
