The television filled the living room with sounds, roaming its voice freely for the first time since it was bought because InSu had never turned it on. He was always more occupied with his laptop and the screens around his desk, usually emitting the only light in his house. However, since Jin had gotten to stay in his apartment many things stopped being as they were. Including the dusty environment, that he would leave it pile up, for months.
A thing that he could no longer do because Mila would scold him if she was to find any speck of dust around. Hygiene is very important for the recovery of a patient. She had claimed. And used that excuse to order him around like a maid.
InSu had no other choice but to be patient and comply however and he was doing well so far. Especially after you had texted him about dinner, making him feel a bit relieved that he would have someone he could be more comfortable around and share his complaints with freely.
He and Mila had managed to bring Jin to the living room and helped him sit on the most comfortable chair Insu had in his apartment - his gaming chair. Then the two had turned on the TV to keep them occupied while Mila was taking care of setting the table and preparing for your arrival with Jimin.
InSu had taken a sit on his sofa while Jin was standing next to him, both absorbed for minutes on end at the big screen as they were watching a dating show, none of them had viewed before today. But it was strangely enough scandalously interesting and hence it had held their attention well until Mila disturbed them with her voice.
"Did you clean this place today? I sure remember that I told you to do it" Mila glanced around the room as she finished placing the cutleries on the table, making InSu gulp down his saliva with difficulty before he slowly stood up from his seat and turned to look towards her.
"Yes, I did everything you asked me to do." InSu felt his palms slightly getting sweaty for from what he knew of her so far, he understood well that she was not someone that would hesitate to tell him that he did them wrong and make him redo them. He felt like his own house was taken over by her but he had no guts to say anything cause Mila was, frankly, intimidating.
"There's still dust around. Do you even know how to clean properly?" Mila's eyes narrowed and InSu lowered his head, instantly apologizing.
"Sit back down!" He obeyed and carefully sat on the Sofa next to Jin as she went to the kitchen to prepare a salad.
"She is bossing me around in my own house," InSu mumbled under his breath and Jin looked at him sympathetically.
"She is bossing me around and I am paying her. What's your point?" Jin whispered back to him and the two ended up bringing their heads closer before they both turned to look over their shoulders and steal a glance at her.
"You couldn't find a better nurse to look after you?"
"I am wondering the same, but I can't change her now."
"She is seriously more strict than my father," InSu commented as his father was the most strict and unwavering figure in his life.
"I don't know what to tell you. You and me both, we just have to be patient, I guess. Hang in there."Jin hit his shoulder lightly as the two seemed to have bonded over the fact that they were unable to get rid of this nurse, and then they both turned their attention again back to the TV program.
"This show is crazy, that blonde is such a two-timer." Jin left his thoughts to escape out loud, talking about the man on the screen who was flirting with two girls simultaneously.
"Well, he is better than that bitter guy with the long hair though. Like why did he even go to a dating show if he was going to be grumpy 24/7? I don't get it." InSu added his own opinion making Jin nod his head.
