I parked the car in the lot behind the school. Em hopped out from the front seat, Lia right behind her. I locked the car and followed the girls into the school, my mind already racing with thoughts of all the faces I wanted to avoid.

I wasn't planning on running into anyone I'd rather not see today.

We entered the Year 12 locker bay, which was as loud and chaotic as ever.

With 15 minutes to spare before school started, we hung around our lockers.

It was difficult just being in a huge locker bay with a quite handful of students. You either had to keep your game lowkey, or be a part of the loud group that never understand the word shut up.

There was no in between, that way you'd just stick out to the crowd more.

"How did you guys get to school yesterday?" I asked out of curiosity, clearly we know I wasn't the one dropping them off.

"Jake drove us, he had to go with CJ anyway." Lia spoke.

"How'd you know I wasn't going to be there?"

"You always text us when you're about to leave the house." She shrugged.

I nodded my head softly, letting her know I got my appreciated response.

You might be wondering 'Madison, why do you pick up and drop the girls to school, can't they by themselves?'

There's a reason I'm the one. First off, I'm the only one with my License Permit, since I'm the oldest out of the three of us.

Lia turned eighteen last month, and Em's birthday hasn't came up yet.

She's the youngest out of all of us. Which I find funny because she is probably the most mature, she has the personality of a worried mom that thinks her kids are always in trouble.

I drive them because of that reason, also because I recently got my car for my eighteenth birthday, and I want to practise driving around for experience.

And its just more convenient, and I don't do it everyday, there's times I also walk to school with them.

Cole, the oldest, was born in March, followed by Jake in mid-April. I'm fairly certain West's birthday is in early May, with mine trailing at the end on May 24th. Lia celebrated her 18th birthday last month in June, and Em's birthday falls in September.

Though Jake might be the second oldest, he definitely acts like the youngest, and it makes West seem like he's older.

It's concerning how much West carries Jake and Cole, due to their inconsistent and childish behaviour.

Time's where West isn't completely smashed, or going through it tough, he can be responsible.

A familiar, unwelcome figure caught my eye. Zora, with her clique of followers, sauntered into the locker bay, her eyes scanning the crowd like a predator looking for prey. It didn't take long for her gaze to land on me.

Megan followed her, loudly smacking her lips as she chewed gum, one hand holding a single pen and the other scrolling on her phone.

Behind her was the entire minion army.

All the other girls that strode through the school like they owned it.

I didn't want to be there any longer, I could feel my breakfast in my stomach swirling up to my throat. I had to swallow it back down from the fear of throwing up.

"Let's go," Lia said, "Bell went," She says.

"Yea," Em caught my eye, "What do you guys have first?"
