The idea I was given was a daily life of two married figherfights.

I'm not sure if this counts but I hope you enjoy either way. Their story Plus more.

When eddie first met buck he never thought they would be more then coworkers.

Then buck had gone out of his way to help eddie get chris situated. After that they had eachothers back in and out of work.

It was fine for a long time. They tiptoe around their emotions and stayed friends. Then Tommy came into the picture and changed everything.

Eddie had been so jealous that he stoped hanging out with buck. Everytime buck would try eddie would pretend he had plans or was busy.

Buck confronted eddie one day after work and it all blew up. "Damn it eddie talk to me." Buck pretty much begs and eddie looks everywhere but him.

Buck gets in his space and eddie tries to back away but buck doesn't let him. "Tell me why you are avoiding me" Buck says and eddie blows up.

Eddie pushes buck away and just starts ranting.

"I wanted to be happy for you. You found someone and I really wanted to be happy but I can't. Everytime I see you and him all I can think is it should be me. I should be there with you not him. I'm the one who was in love with you first but you chose him so I backed off." Eddie says and buck is in shock.

Before buck can even react eddie is gone. Eddie grabed his bag and ran out of the firestation.

Buck hears his truck start up and pull away. Buck stands there for a while processing Eddie's words.

Buck unable to handle the fact his best friend loves him dicides to ended things with Tommy.

After he tells tommy they arent working out he goes to eddies house. He hopes chris isnt home as he puls up and parks.

He knocks and when eddie opens it buck kisses him. After a few moments they pull away and talk.

After that they went on a date, then another and another. They started spending time together non stop just like they did before.

A year after they started dating eddie pops the question. They hadn't talked about it but eddie really wanted to marry him.

Eddie had planned out the entire thing. He had asked buck to go on a day trip as a family just the 3 of them.

Buck not being one to miss any opportunity to spend time with them happily agreed.

They went to the beach and eddie distracted buck while chris did something behind them with his crutches.

When eddie sees it is ready he smiles "close your eyes" eddie says and buck gives him a look.

"Eddie?" Buck asks but eddie smiles

"Trust me?" Eddie asks and buck sighs closing his eyes

"Of course" Buck says and eddie gets up taking bucks hand.

Eddie helps buck stand facing where chris was. Then eddie is gone, buck wants to peek but he doesn't.

"Open your eyes" eddie says and buck does.

In the sand is written marry my dad with a proud chris standing next to it. Then to his right is eddie on one knee with a ring in his hand.

"Yes yes yes" Buck said kissing eddie as he put the ring on.

He then runs to chris and hugs him spinning. "Hehe papa buck stop I'll get dizzy" chris said happily.

Buck stops suprised by the name. "What did you call me?" Buck asks his tone still gentle

"Papa buck. Is that ok?" Chris asks nervously and buck smiles brighter

"Of course. I'm papa buck. I like that" Buck said making Chris giggle hugging him.

Eddie looks at them feeling so happy. He knew this is what he wanted. What chris wanted.

Their wedding was beautiful. They had talked a lot about who to invite. Of course the 118 and their partners.

They had dicided to invite Tommy since he and Josh were together. They also invited abuela and pepa who were happy for them.

Eddie invited a few of his sisters that he knew would except him and be happy for him.

He made sure they didn't tell anyone about it knowing it wouldn't go well if others found out.

They didn't send invites to their parents knowing they aren't going to be happy for them.

They had their chosen family which is a hell of a lot better then their birth family.

Buck was walked down the isle by Bobby who was honored buck asked him.

The days following the wedding eddie and buck thought something would change but it didn't.

They still did the same things as they did before. The only thing that changed was chris' name for buck.

Buck absolutly adored the new name and hasn't stopped smiling since. Eddie couldn't help but feel how right this was.

Watching buck go around his kitchen knowing every detail of his house and life. It was their house now and that made eddie happy.

Buck was perfect for him and for chris. He was his partner and eddie wouldn't have it any other way.

Eddie knew they were perfect. They had been so perfect for each other and now eddie wouldn't ever lose him.

Each week they plan one family day out to a new place. Buck and chris love it and eddie finds himself looking forward to it each week.
