After a few drinks eddie says something that spirals their relationship into the next step.

Eddie knew he and buck weren't dating. He tried to remind himself this but buck wasn't helping.
Buck would take him out to eat and everytime it felt like a date. Buck would always stand just a little to close or put their legs together when they sit.
He would sometimes wrap his arm around Eddie's shoulders and everytime eddie would be left thinking where the line is.
Where does friendship end and something more happen. They have even slept in the same bed before.
Tonight was no different. They were at Eddie's place and had been drinking.
They were about 4 beers each in and eddie was starting to feel the liquid courage.
Buck's arm was around his shoulders again and eddie was leaning against Buck's chest.
"I'm not your boyfriend" eddie says after a few moments of silence
"I never thought you were" Buck says looking down at eddie confused
"I never said it was your mistake" eddie says unable to look at him afraid of what he will see
"You... you think I'm your boyfriend?" Buck asks suprised
"Yes... I mean we do almost everything a couple would. We go out to eat and they feel like dates. We are always so close no matter where we are. Your always touching me not that I'm complaining" eddie shut himself up realizing he was rambling
When he finally looked at buck, the man is looking at eddie with pure awe.
"Really? I wouldn't mind if I was your boyfriend" Buck says and eddie smiles
"Then will you go out with me buck?" Eddie says and knows he is a little too tipsy but can't help it.
"Absolutly" he said and kissed him.
After they pull away eddie has a moment of clarity. "Do you mean it or are you just drunk?" Eddie asks and buck chuckles
"How about you ask me in the morning and you'll know for sure" Buck says and eddie nods
They sleep in Eddie's bed but don't do anything more then kissing being too drunk to focus that much.
The next morning they wake in each others arms. "Good morning" eddie loves bucks morning voice
"Morning" eddie says making buck smile brighter
"Will you go out with me?" Eddie asks nervously
Buck laughs "absolutly" he says and they kiss.
Eddie never thought their relationship would go this way but was so happy it did.
