his is the last improvement topic, and it is about food.
"You are what you eat." I just remember that phrase from a Netflix or YouTube video, but it makes a lot of sense. The point is our gut determines who we are in a sense, as the food we eat is what makes us alive, healthy, or not.
Long story short, how can I improve my food habits or eating in general? I literally just grabbed another sandwich, as I think I am always hungry.
The simple solution is: do not eat junk food. Eat less, but more frequently. Eat more protein and avoid too much salt, sugar, and carbs. As simple as that.
