         When I got back to the royal palace, I immediately went to the hospital wing and looked around for Tamayo and Shinobu. I didn't see either of them, but I did see Yushiro, Tamayo's assistant.

"Yushiro!" I called out to him.

He flinched and looked at me with wide, cat-like eyes. To be honest, I don't think he likes me all that much, but Tamayo is fond of me, so he puts up with me. He took a deep breath and pinched the bridge of his nose.

"Do you need something, your grace?" He asked, opening his eyes again.

"Look what I got!" I said, holding out the Blue Spider Lily for him to look at.

He looked at me silently for a few moments, too in shock to say something.

"I... How did you...?" He stammered.

"Princess!"

Kanae, Shinobu's older sister, came up behind him in a hurry. She made her way over to me, looking at the glowing Spider Lily.

"Where did you find this?" She asked, carefully taking it from my hands.

I was about to tell her, but I started debating about whether or not I should tell her the truth. Maybe I should wait to tell her for now.

"It was in the forest. It was the only one," I replied.

Kanae nodded and turned away.

"Thank you, Princess," she said, about to walk back to where she came from.

"Wait, what are you going to do with it?" I asked.

"We're going to grow more. One Blue Spider Lily isn't enough to heal the Emperor. We need multiple."

I nodded slowly, watching as she walked away. I pursed my lips and walked out of the medical wing. I went back to my room, where I saw Mitsuri waiting, which was a bit unusual since she would usually wait outside of my room. She looked distracted, actually.

"What are you doing, Mitsuri?" I asked.

She gasped and quickly turned to look at me. She let out a sigh of relief upon seeing me and gave me a small smile.

"Y-Your grace...!" She said, glancing away for a second before looking back at me, "I'm sorry. I was waiting for you in the hallway, but you were taking so long, so I assumed that you were already in here."

I nodded and went to sit next to her.

"Guess what!" I said.

"Ooh! What?"

"I got my hands on a Blue Spider Lily!"

Mitsuri gasped and squealed.

"Oh my gosh, are you serious?! Where is it?"

"I gave it to Kanae. She said they have to grow more. I'm just worried that Kibutsuji will somehow get his hands on it... Do you think word will spread to him?"

"Well... It might, but with Tsugikuni-kun as head guard, he won't get it!" Mitsuri reassured.

I nodded, remembering just how powerful Yorrichi was. It was quite scary at times, actually.

"I think it's time you get ready for bed, your grace," Mitsuri said, grabbing a nearby hairbrush.

I let her brush my hair, but I couldn't relax. My thoughts were overwhelmed with what-ifs. Specifically, what ifs about Kibutsuji finding the Spider Lily. What if he finds out where I got it? No...! I can't let him find out! I won't...
