        For the past couple of days, I've been pretty shaken up. After what happened with the butterfly sisters and Tamayo, I've been avoiding them. Thankfully, I haven't run into them. Now, my current goal was to get more Blue Spider Lilies. Enough so that they don't have to be grown and my father can just eat them.

However, on the day that I decided that I was well enough to leave, I heard that a suitor was going to arrive. Two, actually. Kyojuro and Lord Iguro. Why would they be coming together? Are they in some sort of secret relationship that nobody knows about?

I went to the garden a bit earlier than usual, and I saw Mitsuri sitting on one of the steps.

"Mitsuri?" I hummed, walking over to her, "What are you doing here?"

She looked at me and smiled.

"Oh, nothing... I just thought I would come out here to... clear my mind."

I nodded, completely understanding her, and sat down beside her. We sat together in a comfortable silence that was eventually broken by the familiar booming voice of Kyojuro.

"Princess! It's nice to see you again!" He said.

I turned to look at him, seeing that he stood a little in front of Lord Iguro. I stood, as did Mitsuri.

"Hello Lord Rengoku and Iguro!" Mitsuri greeted.

She smiled sweetly, but there was a sort of undertone to it that put me on edge. It's probably just my imagination. I was more interested in the fact that they knew each other.

"Are you three familiar?" I asked curiously.

"We met at the party a few days ago," Lord Iguro responded, not looking at me directly.

I nodded and smiled.

"Is this why the two of you came together? So the four of us could hang out?"

"Um... Yup!" Mitsuri said, taking my hand, "Come on, let's go feed the koi!"

        "You can drop the sweet act now," Obanai said.

Mitsuri's smile almost immediately dropped, as did Kyojuro's.

"Why did you ask us here? It can't just be to see the princess," Kyojuro said.

"Of course it's not," Mitsuri huffed, rolling her eyes, "Something happened a couple of weeks ago. With the princess and a few workers in the infirmary."

She proceeded to go into detail about what Tengen had told her. About how the princess had been abducted by the butterfly sisters and Tamayo and her assistant. Well, it wasn't really abduction since they were still in the palace, but they had her hidden away. By the time she finished speaking, all of their expressions had darkened.

"So... You're implying that..." Obanai started, his words trailing off.

"Exactly," Mitsuri said.

The sound of pitter-pattering footsteps approached them. Their necks snapped to see who they were, and they saw the three young girls who had worked with Shinobu.

They all stared at each other. Mitsuri, Kyojuro, and Obanai shared a glance. They didn't want to do it... But they couldn't allow something like that to ever happen again! Besides... everyone has to start small.

❥ Mitsuri initially invited Kyojuro and Obanai just to speak to them. She didn't really think it through completely, though, but she had a good time hanging out with Y/N.
