AFTER THE BEER pong game, Zara and Ciaran found themselves in the kitchen with some of the other islanders. The room was filled with chatter and laughter about the evening's antics.
However, Ciaran leaned against the counter with a stern expression, his arms folded tightly across his chest. Zara, noticing his mood, decided to approach him.
She walked over with a lighthearted smile, trying to diffuse the tension. Slipping her arms around his waist, she pulled him into a hug, but he remained rigid and unresponsive.
"What's wrong?" Zara asked, looking up at him. Ciarán just shrugged, his eyes fixed on the wall across from him, refusing to look down at her.
"Is it over that game?" she asked, trying to laugh it off, hoping to get a reaction out of him.
