Lulugo-lugo habang pumapasok si Helena sa loob ng gate matapos itong pagbuksan ng gate ng kasambahay, pero agad din itong napahinto nang marinig nito ang pagpapahaharurot ni Paolo ng kotse nito palayo.

'It's over.' Napapahikbing wika ni Helena sa kanyang sarili, 'I can't believe it is really over.' Kasabay ng muling pagtulo ng kanyang mga luha.

"It's done." Si Paolo, sa kausap nito sa cell phone, habang nagmumukmok ito sa isang sulok ng kanyang madilim na silid. "You better make sure that this is all worth it." The tone of his voice is so low that he sounded like a totally different person.

"We still need your help, Paolo." It was Gabbie on the other line.

Napamura sa hangin si Paolo, "what now?"

"We need Lax Gomez to infiltrate their local Elites."
