Neil Birla belonged to a wealthy and loving family. The Birla family lived in a grand mansion in Mumbai, where happiness and laughter filled every corner of their home. Neil had two siblings: his elder brother, Abhimanyu, a renowned heart surgeon, and his younger sister, Rhea, a talented artist.

Neil, the middle child, was known for his charm and kindness. He worked in the family's business, but his true passion lay in helping others. Neil often volunteered at local charities and was beloved by everyone for his generosity and compassion.

One day, while volunteering at a hospital, Neil met Aarohi, a dedicated and compassionate doctor. Aarohi's dedication to her patients and her warm, caring nature instantly captivated Neil. They first met when Neil brought a group of children from a local orphanage to the hospital for a health check-up. Aarohi was the doctor in charge, and Neil watched as she treated each child with patience and kindness, her eyes lighting up with genuine concern.

Their first conversation was brief but impactful. Neil introduced himself and thanked Aarohi for her excellent care. Aarohi smiled warmly, her eyes sparkling, "It's my pleasure, Neil. These children deserve the best care, and it's wonderful to see someone like you bringing them in."

Neil felt a flutter in his heart, a feeling he couldn't quite place. As he continued his volunteer work, he found himself looking for excuses to visit the hospital, just to catch a glimpse of Aarohi. They quickly became friends, sharing a deep connection over their mutual desire to make a difference in the world.

As time passed, Neil realized his feelings for Aarohi had grown into something more profound. He admired her intelligence, kindness, and the way she cared for her patients. Aarohi, too, found herself drawn to Neil's sincerity and the genuine care he showed for others. Their conversations grew longer and more personal, touching on dreams, fears, and everything in between.

One evening, after a particularly busy day at the hospital, Neil invited Aarohi for a coffee. They sat at a cozy café, talking about everything under the sun. Neil shared stories of his family, his aspirations, and his struggles, while Aarohi spoke of her passion for medicine and her hopes for the future. The connection between them grew stronger, and the line between friendship and something more began to blur.

Their friendship blossomed into love, and soon Neil couldn't imagine his life without Aarohi. He decided it was time to share his feelings with his family. One evening, during a family dinner, Neil nervously revealed his love for Aarohi.

Abhimanyu and Rhea were overjoyed at the news. They had seen how happy Aarohi made Neil and knew she would be a wonderful addition to their family. Abhimanyu, ever the protective elder brother, made sure Aarohi knew she would always be supported and loved by the Birla family.

The Birla family welcomed Aarohi with open arms. Aarohi's presence brought even more warmth and happiness into their home. She quickly became a beloved member of the family, forming a close bond with Abhimanyu and Rhea. She often spent weekends at the Birla mansion, where they would all gather for family dinners, sharing laughter and stories.

Neil and Aarohi's relationship grew stronger, and soon their families decided to arrange their marriage. Preparations began, and both families were excited about the upcoming wedding. However, just as everything seemed perfect, disaster struck. Neil's father, Harshvardhan, experienced a significant business loss, causing the Birla family to lose their wealth.

The news of the Birla family's financial downfall spread quickly, reaching Aarohi's parents. They were shocked and immediately decided to back out of the marriage. Aarohi was devastated. She truly loved Neil and couldn't imagine a future without him.

When Aarohi's parents told her to call off the wedding, she refused. She couldn't bear the thought of abandoning Neil during such a difficult time. Her parents, desperate and angry, threatened that they would die if she didn't back out of the marriage. Aarohi was torn between her love for Neil and her parents' ultimatum.
