Chapter 15: getting settled and library

After that situation and getting a lot of my things from my aunties house and putting in my disused classroom and helping my family move into another disused room that had been decked out and changed into a living space for my family it had been a week. We had also managed to get the rest of my family here as well since they were also attacked through there home being trashed or burned and turned upside down they had also joined us here.

They all seemed happy to be here, my aunt and uncle still went out to work and the kids still managed to get to school as well which is always a plus. They were all welcomed by my friends and also Pj's friends too which is great thing as a lot of people wondered who they were and after 2 days everyone knew who they were and there relation to us.

"Have you guys figured all the details and got all the stuff ready for April fools since it's in like a week and a half" I ask worried they weren't prepared.

"Yes we have all of our supplies. We have the green paint, the tiny Christmas tree and we are perfecting unscrewing things to make some of his stuff fall over, oh and by any chance do you have any like sharpies or anything gillie got the brilliant idea to try and draw on his face" Nyx says with a giant grin on his face. I laugh at this but I guess it would be funny to be apart of the idea.

"Yes I have some but can I be the one to go in with gillie to draw on his face since I'm supplying you with the pen" I say try not to laugh even more but she happily agrees as she would be very scared to go in his chambers alone. Keeping this secret from snape that we were going to prank him wasn't as hard as I thought because there's not much to talk about during my assistance apart from childhood memories and what we have done over summer.

It was now Saturday and April fools is Monday and we would be going to have everything ready to leave early morning Monday at like 2 or 3 in the morning do we are less likely to get caught. The excitement I'm getting just thinking about this is unreal and I just want to skip to the moment it happens. Having the mauraders map with us is going to help us get through the halls easier and not get caught by professors or other students.

I'm in the library when I'm greeted by Zara who is the oldest cousin in the family and is in sixth year here at Hogwarts. After finding out she was family she has really helped me with my homework that I'm starting that's fifth year level as she has done so well last year in her year. Since I wasn't completing my potions till the end of my sixth year that was the only one I was doing perfectly fine in as well as it's my favourite subject.

"Hey girl how's it going? What subject are you doing today?" She asks politely with a smile.

"Right now it's astronomy. Very easy just like muggle studies is also easy. I've managed to get done most of the work for both of them and I think that I can be done with both subjects by either this year or Christmas" I sat proudly.

"Well with my help you could definitely have those 2 subject completed by the end of this year." She giggled. "Right well we could probably get this done in about an hour or 2 if we divide the time correctly" she continues and we work together till 4. With it also being a holiday most people are gone but most of the student stayed because of April fools and they could also wait till summer to see family.

A lot of people have been going to hogsmade over the holidays as they have nothing much else to do and they are staying away from professors. I've been spend most of my time studying. I also can't go home because of recent events.

7pm roles around we all eat in the great hall I'm surprised that 60% of the school is still here but it's a safe place and we enjoy it here or most of us do.

"So El how's the library since that is where you are most of the time" Leo asked

"It's fine and you know me I like to hide away from everyone" I say. We eat and chat about what's coming up and lots of things that include the prank. The prank we would do in Snape's classroom is going to be exciting and getting to draw on his face.

The rest of the day we go back to the common room and drink and do a little bit of weed and cocaine. We invited some more of the people that were here last time and we all enjoyed ourselves. It was nice to do this and not think as much about getting caught as our curfew was pushed back until 11 over the holidays.

Sunday was a boring day just revising and preparing for everyone that had gone for the holidays to come back and finish up the year. It may only be another week without the but I like it when it's not full of everyone. I get back to the common to get ready for dinner and it's quite quiet but I just continue to my room. I find that my friends had all gathered in there just chatting and laughing with each other.

"Hey guys what you talking about that's so funny" I ask scared thy were talking about me which I know they weren't as it's very obvious through there minds and they all look at me walk into the room.

"Oh hey, we were just laughing at a joke Bella made it was really funny." Clari says with a chuckle. "So you still in for the prank on snape in his classroom and stuff. You'd be a great asset" she explains and I nod in agreement and I start to get myself ready for dinner.

While eating I get distracted in thought about what our punishment would be if we were caught doing this and if we pile be the only ones to get punished if everyone did it. I get pulled out of my thoughts when someone taps on my shoulder.
