It had been 2 days since my vision and I've thought about it a lot and not having them turn up just yet is making me a little nervous but I try to distract myself with my friends and homework.
"Hey guys about a party this Saturday. Everyone's gonna be back that day to prepare for classes and I think that it sounds like a way to relax everyone and give us something to look forward to" Andy says and we all smile at each other and laugh because we are all thinking of it. We agree to the party and start talking about it with others who we know love to sped that stuff around.
We all chill out in the common room chit chatting and I think about graduation and how I'm going to graduate early. It keeps spinning around if I should tell them or not but ultimately it's best I tell them now than get to it and tell them then.
"Hey guys I have something I need to tell you?" I say not sure how to continue. But they all look at me in suspense of what I need to tell them. "Well umm before I tell just know I still love you guys and I'm still going to be here for you." I pause taking a deep breathe adjusting myself in my seat. "I'm graduating early" I say scared of what they will say.
"Wait really that's amazing. Is that why you've been in the library so much?" Gen asks "oh and how much earlier are you graduating?" She continued they all look at me happy and surprised about it but I answer her questions.
"Well yes and I'm completing most of the subjects by Christmas of our sixth year but potions I'll continue till the end of the year because I'm still going to be his assistant" I say still nervous but I'm glad that I've said something before we finished this year and they understand my situation before it gets chaotic next year.
"Well we help you as much as we can. How long have you known that you could graduate early?" Leo says excitedly.
"A few weeks. When Dumbledore offered me the option I had to think about it but I ended up just going for it because then I could travel before I get into jobs without the trouble of others shaming me for not going straight into a job" I say "but I could also stay here with you guys I just won't be a student anymore. I could also help you guys with revision if I'm still aloud to be here." Continuing trying to not be nervous anymore.
"That would not be a great idea with either one I mean you would be a great teacher if you chose to help with revision but you go for whatever you think is best" Lou reassures me and I'm glad that they all understand me graduating early.
"So now that you have told us your news I think me and Eli would like to share some news of our own and I'm don't be to excited but we are together. Me and Eli. We made it official on Saturday so what do you guys think and be honest." Bella says and we all look at her and Eli mouth agape shocked that they had actually gotten together. They've been flirting for a good year and a half.
"Well that is great you both finally shared your feelings and actually tied the knot in getting together and I'm glad you both are great together." Fin says breaking the silence. We all end up chatting more about crushes and a game about who we'd kill, fuck and marry. This is fun to see who would choose who for each thing.
We end up talking till dinner which was a few hours and we walk there all together laughing and talking. Arriving at the great hall and sit down, as is it in my seat I look up at the teachers table and see that Severus was looking at me I smile at him and he smiles back slightly with a small head nod. We eat our food and continue the conversation. While laughing at a joke Larri had said I almost fall of my chair from the amount of laughter. Everyone had looked over at us to see what the scream was about and people start to laugh at the fact had almost fell of the seat.
I look up at the teachers table and see Severus was also giggling at me. I'm glad I made so many people laugh including the guy who usually doesn't move an inch of his face in crowds. We finish up and leave the great hall. I go down to the dungeons since I'm still Severus' assistant, neither of us still hadn't mentioned the kiss at all yesterday just taking quick glances at each other while we started to get prepared for everyone coming back.
I'm about to knock when the door rushes open so I walked in and he's sat at his desk at the from of the classroom smirking at me. I roll my eyes because I know exactly why he's smirking at me.
"I'm great entertainment aren't I. You can't lie because I saw you laughing at me in the great hall along with everyone else there." I say and he lets out a little laugh.
"Well that is true. How you even laugh that hard you almost fall of your seat?" He questions me leaning forward on his desk and I sit down in front of him.
"Well the joke really funny and I've been cheerful that whole time so the giggles came up and took over my body." I say laughing at myself.
"It was cute" I blush at his comment and look down. I feel his fingers lift my head from my chin and he smiles at me and I feel butterflies in my stomach as I look straight into his dark black ocean eyes. "You are just so pretty don't let anyone tell you otherwise okay my sweet girl" he says and all I can do is nod at him and smile at him. He lets go of me and we get to the point of me coming here and get any jobs he needs help with today.
