"really just gonna shove me under the bus Severus." I say not realizing what I said I the end. my siblings look at me rose smiling and my brothers blankly staring at me.
"go on, its gotta come out some day so why not day one. means they won't be scared later on." he says to me and I sigh and roll me eyes. I tell them 'don't be freaked out by what im about to do' through there minds and they just stare at me a little confused how I did that. I think of an animal to transform into and turn into a raven and fly around the kitchen landing on the counter top. I turn back into my human self and im now sat on the edge looking at them. ' oh there's more to it as well. guess who.' I saw summoning our grandparents right infant of them and they just stare mouths agape. our grandparents wave and explain the situation.
after explaining everything to them we wondered what my siblings could do and I knew that they might not have oplumancy but they could be shapeshifters. it seems after some coaching we are all shapeshifters so when Severus goes back to Hogwarts he's gonna have to tell Dumbledore about them also being shapeshifters. "Snape are you gonna stay for dinner with us or are you going back to Hogwarts to eat and stuff." I ask him and he contemplates it for a second before responding.
"I think im gonna stay here and help cook. if that's alright, I wanna see what you make." he says and I nod at him.
"okay that's fine. oh also for the potions we have to make will you be here to instruct us or do I have to teach my siblings about potions." I ask him and start walking to the kitchen. "im also making carbonara since we all like it." I continue.
"oh um well im gonna have to be here to teach you your potions so i might as well teach them something while I was here. carbonara sound great, do you need help in the kitchen?" he says.
"um I should be good but you can join anyways as im sure it'll be more entertaining than talking to them." I say and he comes into the kitchen with me. "I see you chose me instead of my siblings." I tell him smiling at him sweetly.
"of course ill always choose you. your the one I want always." he insisted, kissing me softly stroking my cheek. I pull away starting the food I was to make for us all. "are you sure you can make the right amount of food for us all?" he questioned as I was preparing.
"yes I can ive had to make food for us and my parents as a kid and then id sometimes make meals while I was at home with my aunt and cousins which is of course a few more than us here." I explain and he nods. I finish up the food and we eat in the dining room chatting about school and what will happen when and our friends who I had completely forgot about. "how are my friends did Dumbledore tell them the story he said that he'd tell them?" I ask Snape and he shares.
"yeah he did, he didn't want to bring you over there because he knew you'd be upset by their reaction which they were upset that you were gone and so were your friends rose and raven. they were all devastated that you guys wouldn't be coming back." he responded.
"so they all think that we just disappeared last night?" raven asks.
"yeah they do. I mean they took it well enough for their ages but they were still upset and wanted to know if we tried looked and we lied of course but you protection comes first over anything else." he explained.
Lunch came around the next day and Dumbledore came in to chat with us about the shapeshifting and to see if we were okay. he explained that he was going to come this weekend and train my siblings with their shapeshifting as much as possible so that we could all be at a decent level if we need to flee and be okay.
"hey Dumbledore before you go can I quickly talk to you in the kitchen?" I ask him and he agrees and we head into the kitchen.
"what is it that you need el?" he wondered and I sigh be fore speaking up.
"there's a present for someone in my classroom and I was wondering you could grab it or I could come and get it myself since it might be hard to find." I trailed off trying to make sure I get that present before Christmas so I could give it to him.
"you mean this present. oh I also added whatever was left in the room that you might not want others finding." he says winking at me and I gasp and hug him.
"oh my god thank you sir. you really didn't have to." I responded
"its alright im sure you will want some at some point. well I should go now I have important things to get done." he says before leaving. I tell him goodbye and go upstairs to put my present and drugs upstairs.
the days leading to the weekend were a little boring but I was glad to have my siblings with me and work to do otherwise id have nothing but books, movies and tv shows. we've found a tv show to watch that is quite interesting to watch and is safe for us all to watch. Friday night came and Snape arrived tired from all the work he's done with the rest of the school. since it was just me in the living room he kissed me on the lips sweet and soft and went into the kitchen to get some coffee. I followed him into the kitchen and told him to sit at the small breakfast table while I got him some coffee. it was about 6:30 and I was about to make some food.
"im gonna be making some food what would you like?" I ask him placing his coffee in front of him.
"you my sweet peach." he says pulling me into his lap, kissing my neck.
"my siblings live here remember. any of them could walk in and see this." I whisper to him. I get a few grunts in response from him. he lets me go a few seconds before one of them comes in to question about dinner. "hey Atticus, im just about to start making dinner. are you hungry?" I look at him and he nods.
"yes im always hungry you know this. I love food, also what's for dinner?" he asks and I look at Severus.
"Snape are you goin to answer my question from earlier about what you'd like." I say to him and he thinks for a little bit and responds with.
"savory pancakes sounds nice or ratatouille." he says and I decide to make ratatouille as its quite simple and easy to make and I can make it with various vegetables and serve it with some good spicy cheesy broccoli. I get to making the food and call for the others to come down and eat about 7:15. as they come down the stairs I finish up plating the last plate and walk into the dinning room to eat with everyone.
