______________________________________Samar's pov:
It's been a week since that teasing session, and also a week since I last saw Shiddat.
My family members are still here in Delhi, and I've been trying to spend as much time as possible with them.
After all, it's been over six months since I last saw them.
Tomorrow, they'll all be heading back to Jaipur, so today was all about making the most of our time together.
The whole week passed in a blur of laughter, conversations, and cherished moments.
We relived old memories, teased each other, and caught up on all the things we had missed in each other's lives.
But despite being surrounded by family, my mind kept wandering back to Shiddat. I couldn't help but think about her, wondering how she was spending her days, what she must be doing.
And honestly, it was a good thing that Shiddat and I didn't cross paths the whole week.
If we had, my family wouldn't have stopped teasing me.
Maa still teases me, saying she's planning my wedding in her head and wants to see it happen soon.
Every time she mentions it, I can't help but chuckle, knowing she's half-joking but also a little serious.
My family's relentless teasing and matchmaking attempts have become a running joke at home.
On the other hand me, I still haven't figured out what this feeling is inside me.
I can't pinpoint what it is about her that draws me in.
As I have said that there's something about her that makes me feel a certain way, but I haven't been able to define it yet. It's like there's a magnetic pull between us, but I can't quite put my finger on why or how it started.
Maybe it's the way she carries herself, expresses her thoughts with full confidence, or it can be something entirely different.
Whatever it is, it's been on my mind constantly.
I'm not someone who usually reacts this way after meeting someone so quickly.
I typically take my time, observe people, and try to understand their intentions before forming any opinions or feelings.
I like to get a sense of who they are and what they want before letting myself get involved.
But with Shiddat, it feels different.
It's like there's something special about her that I can't ignore, even though we haven't known each other for long.
This was definitely a new territory for me, and it's both exciting and a little unsettling.
Another thing I didn't quite get was why Shiddat didn't mention anything about us to Bhabhi. I mean, considering the situation we're in currently, it's surprising.
That day when Bhabhi came to my room and gave me a head massage, she mentioned that Shiddat had told her that when we first met, we instantly connected like friends.
Friends? Seriously?
She didn't mention anything to Bhabhi that I had kind of "kidnapped" her friends when we first met.
But this is something which I actually appreciated.
She knew that my family wasn't aware of our situation, and she was mature enough to keep it between the two of us.
